Missy was very unprofessional with me today, the tone of our appointment was very passive aggressive from the start & then wanted to bring up personal stuff infront of the whole office, I was very respectful from the start & she changed the whole tone of the meeting I do not appreciate her attitude at all, you never know what someone is going through & for her to be so rude to me I will no longer being doing business with you all which is sad I’ve been going here since I was 16.. very unprofessional missy do better

Beverly has been great for us. This is our 2nd year using her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. We will continue to use her for all of our tax needs.

I have had Beverly at the Bronson Fl. branch prepare my taxes for the last 3 years . She is knowledgeable and personable. I do live in Newberry and although I'd prefer to have my taxes done in Newberry. Unfortunately Beverly wasn't available this year to do my taxes in Newberry. It was worth it for me to travel to Bronson so I could have her do my taxes again. The staff in Bronson were all welcoming and personable.
