Inquired if this shop would work on my older pickup (runs and drives), guy laughed and said that's not repair that's a restoration and i dont do that...
The truck is older 1970s but it is a daily driver that just needed brakes fixed, unless he gravely misunderstood me which is what I hope or this mechanic is either lazy, incompetent or a Shikester

The world needs more auto shops like this place. I'm currently stationed at NAVHOSP JAX and was passing through town doing a gift exchange with my parents when my fuel injector decided to give out. Was able to limp it to this shop. On a hope and a prayer upon reading my sign having to leave it there being Sunday, the guys here went out of their way and fixed our van within a day. Not being able to make it back Monday, he came in on his first day of vacation to cash me out on Christmas Eve. From one Navy man to another God bless you as you saved Christmas for me and my family. I truly wish we had more shops like this, Jacksonville, and if you weren't so far, you'd be my go-to shop. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.

Maguires Auto Repair is top notch. Honest and excellent work, He can trouble shoot most problems on the phone He backs up his work, I have never had to return for any jobs he did for us. Been dealing with them for many years. Love that you can make an apt. and they get it done in that time frame.! need a service, make an apt and you can wait for it! The mechanics are top notch and they Get it Done.!
