Took my vehicle to them spent 10k total juts for a few new parts and services and there extremely rude and disrespectful there a scam will never go back

Called to schedule an oil change and the owner was incredibly rude and angry. I live very close to the shop but I’d rather pay more and drive further away then support this man with my business.
The two younger mechanics are nice but the the owner needs Jesus!

Had to get an alignment and decided to do an oil change too. Was one of the cleanest auto repair places I have ever seen. This place looks better than most car dealerships. The service was fast, accurate and was delivered when promised. There are not a lot of places to get this type of work done. I will go back for other services; this place moved into my default repair shop for any of our vehicles... I highly recommend this place.

Had my truck worked on by this shop, had it towed to them due to an assumed overheating issue. I picked my truck up the following week, got almost to back to Chiefland, and it broke down on me, doing the exact same thing it was doing prior to them working on it. I called them and told them. They sent me a tow truck to have it sent back to their shop, never mentioned I was responsible for the tow. I go to picked it up again the following week, and I was charged an additional $200 for the tow. Grand total $1500+. The truck seems to be fixed, but charging me for the tow, on the same day I left their shop is wrong, and I won’t do business with people who can’t seem how that’s wrong.

Can't say enough about this place! Just moved into the area and multiple people pointed me here and now I understand why. I had a Chevy truck with a weird issue and they took the time to find the problem. It was a pleasure working with them and the communication was great. I can see why people trust this place.

I hate to leave a review here but couldn’t locate an email and ya’ll don’t do messages on Facebook.
My moving truck ended up being a quick fix in town yesterday. Pressure clip on the caliper broke and caused that caliper to jam up into the rim. metal on metal sound and vibration is why I thought it was a wheel bearing yesterday.
Guys, alls I was trying to accomplish yesterday was pulling the wheel off so I could see what was going on so I could see how far I could limp the truck to make it the next town over.
I honestly was expecting a couple good ole boys willing to shoot the s*** with me for a few min and lend a hand if at all possible. I saw you were busy on a mini van and yall had 45min to closing before your long off for the holidays. If you would have just given me 5min of your time to talk it could have went much different yesterday.
I know you guys can’t just assume people are mechanical in anyway but man.. if you would have just let me finish talking… alls I needed was a bottle jack breaker bar 30mm socket.. I would have been out of there as quick as I pulled in.
Small business owner to small business owner.. Idk how in anyway shape or form you felt it was alright to cuss me like a dog and run me off your property. We were 2hrs from our home town just looking for a little help. Totally understood yall weren’t trying to open a can of worms..
Ended up just fixing it at Oreillys yesterday. Hope yall have a Merry Christmas. Feel free to reach out to me and I’m glad to remove this review.

Lewis and his team get a A+++ from me, they did a oil and filter change on my truck and they rotated the tires the way you are supposed to unlike most other shops who just move the tires from front to back and leave them on the same side, the mechanic that did my truck even cleaned everywhere he touched the truck so GREAT job Lewis and your team.

I'm from our of town and stopped here to get an oil change and tires rotated. My dad comes to this place for all his car needs. Feel this place is honest and reasonable and the next time I'm in town I will come here to get my brakes done.
