I was desperate and exhausted by the time I arrived in Williston Fl, Hurricane Milton had destroyed my home a year ago in Manatee Co. It's been a long difficult year.
I found a little place to rent in Morriston short term to experience the area. Love the area and the people. I needed a storage locker. I inquired with several facilities and I showed up at North Florida Mini Storage LLC. I signed up, received an access code, facility tour, a clean locker and a new lock with my monthly lease.
You were all very helpful to me through initiating my lease with you.
Thank you for keeping rates reasonable with good ole fashioned American Goodness.

We've had a storage unit here since 2018 and are very pleased with the units and service. Friendly owners and the climate controlled units are very good.

On January 13,2022, the owner Carl Pinkston went into my closed unit and stole my Commercial Waterslide. He then gave it to someone that he saw at a car wash. He lied to police, saying my account was delinquent, I abandoned it and didn’t have automatic payment. All to be not true and he was told that it wasn’t true by his staff. He slandered my name, character and integrity. He admitted that he went in my unit and took my merchandise. This is theft and burglary by law and according to Floridas statute. He also was racist and the officer admitted that he wrong for what he did and he was being racist towards me. Let me not forget that he also had his staff to delete me out the system without my knowledge to cover hisself.

My Husband has held a account/unit there for 10 years or so and these people have ALWAYS been super helpful and also lenient when times have been tough through out the years. The owner is just as nice if a person that you will ever meet
