My moving truck broke down in Williston today. We had some break parts fail and cause some damage. I just wanted to say that the folks at this Oreillys really helped us out in a pinch. We were 2hrs from home and another hour from our unload destination. I want to specifically mention Awnnastasia! She helped me locate the parts and tools I needed and even used her lunch break time to zip me across town.
It may have seemed like a small gesture but it really helped us get home quickly and safely to our families tonight! Really can’t thank you enough! Hope everyone who helped today has a Merry Christmas! From the West Wind Moving Crew 🙏🏼

There suppose to price match but when I went with a product so they can price match they told me that the competitors price was too low so they couldnt price match. You should say price match sometimes u guys suck

Did go to O'Reilly's before and Google must not been shooting on me. I went to Popeye's Louisiana Chicken. Had the blackened chicken sandwich. It was good. But O'Reilly's when I went rebounded me of the old auto parts store.

When the battery of my Kubota tractor died Billy asked me questions including if there was more room for a bigger battery, that helped me determine that my battery wasn't even the right size. He showed me what I needed (i.e. a bigger battery) and even asked about cables and/or a battery tie down. I bought it all! If you want excellent customer service ask for Billy when you go into O'Reilly's ? P.S. you can watch me replace said battery in said tractor on the you tube channel of my name STOC ?
