Even with the challenges of change, the SeacoastBank continues to provide their best to support my needs. I was surprised to receive a Birthday Card from the Williston SeacoastBank today. It was heart warming to feel like family and not a number! Thank you all!

I’ve been with Drummond community for over twenty years and I was so pleased with everything and everyone, specially any worker from the Williston office. It was easy to call any of those employees and I was always helped and called back. Ever since Seacost took over it’s been a complete Disaster! They never return your call from the calling center. Very nice over the phone but can’t get anything done. They say someone will call back and never happens. Worst service ever. It has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had and Iam 69 years. On three seperate occassions, could not be helped when never a problem before. They won’t even connect you to the branch. It’s always the call center and be prepared for the great runaround!! Will be changing banks soon

This bank was Drummond Community Bank. As of February, it went live as Seacoast Bank. I tried two days calling this branch, and no one answers the phone. There is no answering machine message, there is no VRU. It rings off the hook. Would someone please answer the phone?
