This is the worst bank in the history of the U.S. It takes them 2 weeks to send you your debit card and they won't print one for you on the spot, even though they can, because is only if you lose your card. I closed my account as soon as I opened it. Beside it is no different from any other banking institution like Bank of America or Chase or Wells Fargo, they charge fees upon fees. They'll nickel and dime you to death. People go and open your bank account with Vystar and it's a credit union. They do loans of all kind (0f course you need to qualify) but at least they don't nickel and dime to death. Seacoast customer service sucks, they are not open in the Weeknd's, and their drive through are super small. Trust me when I say go Vystar all the way.

Keep close tabs on your money!!!! They make mistakes a LOT and there mistakes are always in favor of sea coast never the customer. I had to jump though so meany hoops to not get charges add to my accounts. Once that was sorted out (several months later) they take money from the wrong account for transactions (again they admitted there fault not mine) so they attempt to fix it and take money out of the right account but never put the money back from the wrong transactions. Im thinking about changing banks its just difficult because I have mutual account with auto pay bills coming out and and auto pay going in. They only thing good I can say about them is they have made there mistakes right every time but it a lot of work to get them to fix it.

I wish they had not taken over Drummond, the transition has been a great cost to many people who have to take time off to go there and sort out Seacoast's errors. I had to go three times myself.

This establishment needs to be closed down, it was much better when we had Drummond in town. Drummond had better/faster service.

Service has declined since acquisition by Seacoast Bank. Extremely disatisfied and will be looking to change banks as soon as possible. Depositing checks, which should be a relatively straightforward process, take over 20 minutes to complete. As a business that makes several deposits on a weekly basis, this is unacceptable.

Too many people bad mouthing Seacoast,give them time to transition, I can say that the help Mary Martha and Terri gave my Mom weather incredible,personal and professional, plus they got her interest rates up,way up from what Drummond was paying!!

I’ve had the pleasure of banking with Mary Martha locally and can say I felt immediately at ease knowing my issue would be resolved. She is a true rockstar and will always have my business!
