This review is for a brand new 2023 Shadow 2+1 Pro series gooseneck trailer purchased for $39,000.Most importantly, the welds are of decent quality and the price was reasonable compared to the competition. This trailer came with a lot of great features, such as the reversible roof vent scoops and plenty of useable windows and fans. The structure seems very solid and it pulls great. I am happy with the look and function of the trailer. I feel like I am able to get some of the build quality from the competition without getting hit as hard in the pocket, however maybe that comes with some concessions that I'll mention below.The overall QC is a bit lacking. My biggest complaint so far is that the caulking all around the trailer is pretty inconsistent- it really just looks like whoever did this caulking doesn't care about their work and no one bothered to look or correct it. There are gaps and holes in the caulk at MANY joined areas you look closely at. If you look at a random spot on the trailer and go a few feet, you will probably find gaps in caulking. A couple window gaskets were bunched up and buckled out (water will 100% enter) and a few of the plastic body pins used on the black plastic wall veneer between the 3rd stall/tackroom were loose/broken and came right out. One of the tail lights was slightly hanging out because the self tapping screw was over torqued and had the head snapped off.I'll update my review over time as I use the trailer more.

Bought my trailer 5/22 everytime I wash trailer can't get rid of black streaks from roof coming down side if trailer. Submitted warranty claim, with pics of stains, first they said "yes" get estimate. Sent in estimate from auto body place to buff off trailer stains. Now they are telling me they never said that. Even though I have the email. Totally disappointed in this company, should've stuck with Sundowner.

If I could leave no stars I sure would. I am absolutely disappointed in shadow. I have a 2016 living quarters trailer that I bought brand new in 2016. You can't even go in the living quarters area without dying of the smell in there caused by a leak of some sort. We drove the trailer to the manufacturer where they were no help at all, they looked at my trailer, said and did nothing. I asked to purchase stuff from them to repair myself, they refused to sell me anything. So sad I spent so much money on this trailer, used it only a handful of times. Don't buy from shadow or a shadow, sadly my dream trailer is a nightmare ?

I have dealt with this company on 3 different occasions. Everytime, the customer service is outstanding. They always go the extra mile. I've owned my Living quarters trailer for a year now and love it! We haul horses and cattle. The trailer is very well built.

Picked up the newest live in in north tx. Had some problems. Shadow worked hard and got us back on the road. We did drive to Florida to the manufacturer. Customer service is the best. Any and all concerns were addressed. Professional and helpful. Out standing.

Out over $2000 in repairs on a trailer that's not even 2 years old!Bubbles in 4 tires when I got the trailer - replaced and tried to get tire warranty folks and Goodyear to take responsibility for it - they did not.Broken screw at light at back of trailer caused light to flop around and cause problems when closing doors.Flimsy steel brackets hold fans up.Pisspoor rear ramp construction on closer caused my horse to RIP half his hoof off.Contacted Shadow Trailers a number of times to.no avail, would not respond to BBB complaint. Last resort now is to file a Warrant in Debt against them to recover my out of pocket money for the repairs and/or possibly the entire cost of the trailer since they threatened me.

Purchased a brand new LQ trailer love it. Traded my other horse trailer in and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service. They treat you like family! Thanks Shadow absolutely love my trailer!
