I have a car from there and when I got it it had a towel and duct tape on the sunroof and everytime it rains my car gets soaked and wet everything in my car is wet or full of water and all they said was to come trade it in for a new down payment , 0/10 won’t be coming back

Purchased a vehicle less than a year ago that still is being paid off,
Has had radiator issues, cracked rim, head gasket issues… have to pay in pull to have issues fixed and continue to make a payments, all together $16000 car plus
Full coverage insurance and to fix issues prob another $2500-$3500 to fix. On a 2012 vehicle. I would not recommend if you need a vehicle to last long term.

Five long months and $15,961.65 later I am done with the worst body shop in all of Florida. As you can see from my new multicolored vehicle with mismatched emblems they clearly earned a shout out. From the beginning I had issues with this business giving me the run around on parts and getting “approvals” from my insurance company. I could have looked past the lack of customer service if the quality of work was good. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked. I questioned why the paint didn’t match and why the bumper still didn’t line up; they tried to blame my insurance company on denying repairs. I immediately called my adjuster and put him on speakerphone. Body shop guy completely flipped his story, didn’t mention the denial, told the adjuster that he could fix the paint but it would take more time and money. My adjuster asked me to take him off speakerphone and told me to just get my truck back, get out of there, and they would handle it and get it fixed. Thank you FARM BUREAU!!
Zero pride in the quality of work, horrible customer service, and complete lack of accountability. They didn’t even bother to wash it. Really disappointing.
*Disclaimer; I realize this is a very first world problem. I have never taken to the internet to vent about another business but the public deserves a fair warning. Do not ever take your vehicle here.

They refused to help me and tried to offer only 500 for my car that I came in. Cars they have are not a great selection and are way to highly priced.
