I'd like to know where my mail is. I recieved an informed delivery on Saturday that my important mail would be delivered then. Saturday, not Delivered, Monday, Holiday, Tuesday, not Delivered. My neighbor also did not receive their mail. I'd appreciate a reply on why? If this wasn't very important mail, I'd let it slide. Thank goodness for informed delivery to catch this.

Do not call me at 6 am to pick up chickens if you won't open your doors until 9. Or at minimum tell me at 6 am what you hours are before I rush to stop by before work.

Ed and Mr Wright have always been patient, kind, and professional when I've needed help, even at 4:59! And Chad has been very helpful when I called. Can't say enough good things about the employees I've interacted with there.

Postman refused to rent me a PO Box. My mail has been missing for over a month! Things are a mess postmaster was suppose to follow up with a phone call (after multiple visits) never heard. There used to be a good postman now there’s only one who customer service is clearly not a strength.

Phoned 6/6/22 and spoke to Chad regarding a package delivery I didn’t receive. He was extremely polite, helpful and answered all my questions professionally. Problem was not a Post Office issue and the situation was resolved. Thank you Chad.Theresa Wylie

Twice in a month tracking said separate packages were delivered. No one at the post office had any answers as to why they in fact were not. Always excuses or lies. Most pathetic operation I've ever dealt with.

The clerk didn't want to scan all 9 prepaid labels but only 5. Too much work for this guy. Then he went to the back and continued talking with his coworker. Now I have to drive another 20 plus miles so a can get a receipt for the other 4 packages.

I have had nothing but problems with this post office in the 10+ years I have lived here from several packages not being delivered to mail not being delivered. The postmaster assumes no responsibility, is rude, and is no help at all. I have no recourse but to send my personal packages and mail to my business in Gainesville. For whats it worth I do get an abundance of sales flyers in my mailbox .
