Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and rude. Never have medication in stock. Refuse to greet customers professionally when calling the store. They just pick up the phone and put you on hold. Will be moving all my medication to another pharmacy.

If I could pick a 0 for service in the pharmacy I would have. The staff at this particular pharmacy are very unprofessional, incompetent and rude. After 27 years of using Walgreens pharmacy's all over America this is the location that has caused me to take my business elsewhere. I would suggest ANY other pharmacy at this point!!

I’ve tried and tried but again I’ve pulled all my prescriptions. Just can’t deal with them anymore.

Jacqueline and Cherie are awesome customer service employees.They helped me alot when I was there.A++++ They need to get raises cause they make people feel welcome and very comfortable with transactions.

If I could give this RUDE and INCONSIDERATE pharmacy 0 stars I would. Unhelpful. Make decisions for your prescriptions for you. This is the worst wal greens in the area. I took my stuff and went to PUBLIX. 25 MILES OUT OF THE WAY

Walgreens in Williston is far inferior to other Walgreens i have used. They are not customer friendly and do not make an effort to clarify their own mistakes. I had to go back 3 times to get my covid shot because the pharmacist was always on break although I went at different times of the day. They even have difficulty cracking a smile.

Pharmacy staff doesn’t fill scripts until you come pick it up and then make you wait even longer for it. Never mind that we have sick children needing medicine. Ridiculous

Walgreens has a great selection of most anything that you're looking for, and the staff is always on point!! They also have great sales and senior days (I'm not a senior citizen, but I thought it was important to mention). Although I wish they would bring back the membership deal, that saved you 20% off of almost everything. I shopped there almost every day instead, now I just go on occasion.

i have had problems with the pharmacy giving me incorrect dates to pick up my medication more than 6-7 times already. it’s the same routine with them. i call to get the date i can refill my prescription, they give me the date. i show up on the day they told me it would be ready and they tell me the date is one day longer than what they told me. it’s the same thing every time! it’s almost laughable that it’s happened so much! i can not understand how it’s so difficult to give someone the correct date.. JUST ONCE. but it’s been such a problem that’s gone on and on that i’ve had it. i’m switching back to the walgreens in blitchton/ocala. never once had ANY problems with them. this walgreens here in williston is the worst unorganized walgreens pharmacy i’ve ever been to. i would give zero stars if i could.
