“We moved in a few months ago and upon moving in, the kitchen counter tops were badly chipped. Karie, the property manager went above and beyond by specially ordering new higher-end, beautiful quarts counter tops for the entire kitchen. Karie is great and the property is great as well! If you stay here, you’ll be in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale/ Las Olas, surrounded by great restaurants, water views, and entertainment. I highly recommend it.”

I love my apartment and I'm renewing my lease with them because the apartment is beautiful and well managed. The service is also fast and friendly and they never hesitate to get things done. Jennifer and Chance made my moving experience very very smooth and I was doing a long distance move so them being able to communicate with me about my move-in date. And Just making sure my apartment was ready Meant a lot to me ! You can tell they really care about their residents here! They were very good at communication. Even down to the concierge they were very sweet and kind to me moving. “I actually have enjoyed living here my major concern is that I pay for my car port and my car got hit and it was brushed off when I brought it to management attention however no major damage but it’s visible.NOW THE PARKING ISSUE AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NECK AND HAD 2 SCREWS PUT INTO MY SHOULDER HAVING AN UPCOMING PROCEDURE AGAIN ON MY NECK AND SHOULDER TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE SO I CAN BE ABLE TO TURN AND SEE TO THE RIGHT OF ME IF I HAVE TO REVERSE INSECURITIES OF USING MY MIRROR OR CAMERA ON THE CAR. I ASK TO BACK IN BUT CANT ALLOW I DO IT FOR YOU I HAVE TO DO IT FOR EVERYONE ELSE. BUT MINE IS MEDICAL AND I CANT BE EXEMPT BUT SOMEONE ELSE LIES AND GETS A PASS. OK NO PROBLEM.”

I selected an upgraded unit and it is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and safe. I appreciate maintenance for quickly helping replace the dishwasher and addressing all concerns. 10/10 recommend this place to live. “I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon. The neighborhood is very nice and clean. Nora and Fatima in the leasing office are really great and super helpful whenever we need it. The complex has only gotten nicer and more beautiful over the years! No roach or bug problems and they bug spray the apartments once a month for free. Never takes more than 1-2 days to get a service request fixed and the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly! Pricing is reasonable! Would definitely recommend ??”
“If you're like me, the first thing you want in the morning is a nice cup of coffee. On rare occasions where you wake up and realize you have no coffee in your cabinets, you begin to push the panic button. Alas, The Metropolitan has come to the rescue with their high tech dispenser of coffee, espresso, hot coffee and latte. This is only one of the amenities offered here at The Metropolitan. I have lived here for six months and have found the office staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. The maintenance crew , when needed are professional and considerate if necessary to enter into your apartment. The development, management staff encourage socializing and provide themed parties during certain times of the year thus cultivating new friends within the community. The swimming pool, bbq and cabanas are the hot spot for weekends and holidays. A great community, within walking distance to the Drive and other nearby popular places. Kudos to everyone at The Metropolitan for making living at their property a whole lotta fun!!”
