Wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. the walls are thin, so if a dog barks, you will hear it. Sound travels through the bathroom, so if your neighbor has a baby, you will hear the crying. For the price they are asking, it doesn't make sense as there are places right across that are nicer and the same price or cheaper.
