I've been coming here for a few years. The trainers are fantastic, the classes are fun, challenging and will really kick your A&& if you push yourself! You will get strength, flexibility and cardio in every workout, it really is a full body workout and you could not ask for more. Every trainer that's been here has been awesome and the owners are fantastic, too. There's a reason they have so many good reviews. If you're looking for a great full body, HITT type workout, give these guys a try!

I’m visiting from out of town and have been to countless group fitness studios across the country. This was by far one of the most fun and effective classes I’ve ever been to. The overall energy and vibes were on point and the instructor was professional and effective in providing form correction and connecting with the class. You must go!!!

I hate “HIIT” classes, which means I shud be doing more of them. Mikey and his whole team have great playlist and even tho before the warm up starts it can be intimidating u can get into own groove once the music starts. Just keep moving that’s all that matters!!!!

These workouts make an hour fly by! I love the classes at BodyTek. They are incredibly challenging, always changing, and never boring. This also seems like a class that you won’t ever advance out of - there are always ways to adjust each move to make it more accessible or harder, based on where you’re at.The instructors are friendly, inclusive, respectful, and knowledgeable, offering adjustments and help whenever needed. I love the loud music that allows me to tune everything else out and the fact that they don’t keep the gym space too hot. The space also always feels clean and is never smelly.

Experience the incredible fitness of Bodytek! After trying just one class, I was hooked--coming from Orange Theory, I found their HIIT workouts perfect for cross-training with running. Not only is it more affordable, but each class delivers a full-body workout that I felt was missing at OTF. The trainers are friendly, ensuring proper form, and the gym is clean with a wide range of equipment and they make sure to constantly vary the workouts day-to-day. Would highly recommend!
