“RMS is a first class company...we were a self managed association before hiring them...Boy am I happy we did...I, as the Secretary/Treas could not be as effective in my job if it wasn’t for them. They successfully helped us through our 40 year inspection and are now preparing us for the on going 10 year inspection. If you are a business owner you know that there is no perfect company...is RMS perfect ...no...we are all human and we all have employees that make mistakes, but, when I have an issue I just call them and it is addressed immediately....that is what makes them a great company...they get it...believe me, if I was getting paid for what they do I would be charging a lot more…”
