This place and the wonderful classes are one of my favorite things about Fort Lauderdale other than the beachLove classes and the roominess of the room. Workouts are never the same and all of the teachers here are great. They also throw a mean party on Christmas

Employees are all very nice. The place is clean !!! Large choice of machines and room for floor exercises. Free Wifi and theres always parking. The other clients are well behaved as well so its a very enjoyable place to train. Very good price, I've been there a month, I like it a lot.

The best gym ever!!!!! I've seen results faster than with any other workouts I've done. Amy is motivational and will make you want to put in the work!! Jorge is also a great trainer. The morning classes are usually less crowded than the afternoon. Highly recommend!
