Very bad experience here about to get money back from MoneyGram at this store !!! The amount $1,050 at the machine show this store only pay$500 cash and the less in money order I accept that but the printer not work . Waiting for the next day . One older lady with eyes glass works there show up and give the manager information in front of me she said loud. This store only pay out $500 max in cash no matter how much the amount !! This is the choice I can choose in one transaction get $500 cash and the less gone !!!! Wtf !!! So where is the $550 go ??? I asked her she just lift her shoulders up like I don't care . This is not right !! I went out and call MoneyGram cus service The guy name Tony he said no they have to pay full amount and he want me to go inside to talk with that lady I went inside store again but she was not there on her break . Another Blk guy came up talk to me he is the right one and know about MoneyGram . I told him talk and teach her do not give wrong information to customers specially if she know nothings!! I went to cash services store get all my money back so easy . This is my 2nd bad experience with this lady . FYI she is white lady with eyes glass a bit older . Now I hate this store location

As a retired public school principal, I'm concerned about the less than sanitary practices at this drive up window. The drawer at the drive up window has two stacked plastic baskets and a small clipboard with a pen attached by a string. How is this sanitary? Wouldn't it be cleaner/safer to discards these unnecessay items and just place items in the metal drawer? Frequently cleaning the drawer would be easier and more effective than all these items. Why use these extra items that collect germs? In the last month, I've voiced my concerns on three separate occasions, but nothing has changed when I visited today. This situation causes me to doubt how seriously CVS is committed to public and employee safety/health.

Ok wasn't gonna say anything but it's been going on for a while, who on earth hired the little Black guy that works the front register. Sorry I don't know his name, but he's so rude, never says hello and barely speaks and has a look of why are you bothering me. Why doesn't CVS regional or headquarters ever read these reviews. I'm actually considering Walgreens so I don't have to see his face anymore.

Stevens gave amazing customer service today as I went in to the store! He remembered me from shopping the other day, and that I forgot 1 bag of products purchased at the cashier and asked me about it, and returned it to me! I called the store that day after I found out that some of my purchases were not with me when I came home. But when I called they couldn't locate it....I was already giving up not getting it, but Stevens remembered!! He made my day, and what great customer service that is!! I'm so grateful and wanted to acknowledge him. Thank you so much!

I just left the pharmacy, it is 8:37pm March 14, 2020. Very disappointed of the service. The lady if you can call her that was very rude, she came to the drive thru window and just looked at us like "what" face. Since I'm a very polite person I said hi, how are you? Which she just answered with good and looked at us with same "what" face. Any way I gave my information so I can get my prescription. She told us the copay and when she came back throw the prescription on the slide just left the window without asking us if we needed any info or any question about it or a thank you for coming. Is not about just the costumer service but just have a basic good manors her name is Sadia. Hope someone from cvs can see this and train their employees because is not the first time that I go there and have someone looked or talk with an attitude.

Great Pharmacy Dept! Two different Pharmacist have gone beyond the call of duty to assist. I have been going to the same Walgreens for 35 years. I can not give the same glowing things about that Pharmacy and the attendants at that store. So I am slowly using CVS for my meds and a few other items I buy regularly at Walgreens.

Horrible customer service. I've been to this location many time. No one in the pharmacy is polite. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with The cashier at the pharmacy. Horrible customer service again. No thank you. No sorry you had to wait in line. Nothing. Just, to pick up. Then another customer was standing on top of me. About 1ft away. I asked them to back off while I'm picking up my meds. The cashier would not help on getting this person off my back. HIPPA. They need to respect privacy. Horrible people.

This a shout out to Latoya at this CVS. Excellent customer service. I called 3 CVS's in the area asking about sheet protectors. The first one answered by the manager actually told me to go to the store to check for myself. The 2nd one said they don't have it. In this CVS Latoya took the time to check. She came back ansd siad they have it. 10 for $2.5o. ok I said I'll stop by. Later I swing by. Went to the counter and ask where in the store they were. Latoya had it ready for me. I was blown away. I had a definite need for the item and really appreciated the service. Thank you Latoya!!

This place is a joke! Call the pharmacy and expect to wait on hold at least 30 minutes. Several pharmacy staff members are rude. Several of my RX's have gone missing. Scary that anyone would trust them to give you the correct medication.

Pertencoius twirp at pharmacy tonight. NO greeting just says "I have ten people ahead of you it will be at least an hour, and your insurance isnt active here it must be walgreens exclusive." Are you kidding? It's a PPO plan accepted everywhere. He clearly didnt want to do his job.

Waiting for more than 20 minutes in drive through is not acceptable... and it happens ALL the time! Defeats the purpose of a drive through!!! Switching to another pharmacy.

Such a horrible experience. My girlfriend and I came in for some drink and the bathroom said out of order. We asked Stevens the manager if he could unlock it and he said it works but we are not allowing people to use them. After a long and rude conversation he explained he's the manager and it's his choice to refuse service so we will refuse to use this cvs.

slow service. long wait times. meds auto filled even when you tell them not to. meds auto filled that aren't even being taken anymore. have to be diligent and check your meds before paying to make sure you aren't being sold drugs you no longer need/take. cuz once you leave you're stuck. no returns and no refinds.

LACKING ! SLOW ! USUALLY ALWAYS A ISSUE Wile I have had many issues over the years I have reported them to Alicia things seem to still be same. I am usually told go the tech from another store. DUE TO THE STORES ISSUE I LOOKED TO INTERNET ORDERING ALL MY OVER THE COUNTER MEDS... OMG !!!! GREAT ''HALF THE COST'' @ DOUBLE THE QTY AND DELIVERED IN 1 DAY TO MY HOME... Now I put the cvs coupons in the trash. I use spend $6000 up for family at cvs now its down to around $2000. something good came from my bad experiences. It should be noted some of staff Patty, Chris, Jorge try really hard but just and do well but they just basically all worked very fast pace. My review and expreience are based upon my opintion

Love Love Love this CVS.. Excellent Customer service from Christopher, Dai & Patty in the Pharmacy... along with the rest of the pharmacy staff. Very caring and helpful Also love the front of the store staff Shatara is kind, helpful, and sweet. Store is well kept and clean, management is also very nice, and says "Hello, Welcome" when you come in.

There's always a long wait at the pharmacy even the drive thru unless Patty is working. Also the restroom is the worst! Always dirty and no cover on the toilet tank. Had to go back 3 days in a row to pick up various prescriptions and saw the same homeless man using the restroom. It needs to be totally renovated. Also the computer register system is slow, outdated and doesn't always print a clear receipt! Please replace them as soon as possible! The only reason I return to this location is because of the location. It maybe time to switch to Walgreens!

I'd give them a half star if I could. I won't even take an aspirin, but needed a prescription filled for our pet dog that was called into this specific CVS pharmacy right around the corner from our Vet. The pharmacy was total chaos at best and the pharmacologist that looked at me to see what I might need, you could tell he was disinterested in helping me. I gave him the prescription and after he treated me like The Gestapo might, he seemed pretty pleased that he was able to get rid of me quickly AND NOT help me out. VERY RUDE

Alisha the pharmacist there is completely unprofessional. I have tendinitis in my elbows and have had my tricep reattached so push and twist bottles cause me pain. For that reason I request EZCAPs. Previously I had a prescription filled there and they ignored the EZCAP on the label and gave me a regular bottle. I discovered this when I got home and I broke the lid so I could get into it more easily. Today I knocked over that bottle and because the lid was broke my pills went all over the kitchen floor. So I gathered them up and returned them to CVS and asked they refill the prescription and do it correctly this time. Alisha, short Asian woman with glasses, immediately got an attitude with me. When filled she slammed the bottles down on the counter and said, "we filled your order back to full even though you did not return all the pills." I was PISSED that she said this. So I said, " i'm just glad you were able to read and comprehend the words EZCAP." And I walked away. But I was still pissed she made that comment about not returning all the pills. So I went back and said, "and the reason why I didn't return them all is because they are scattered all over my kitchen floor right now and you are more than welcome to come to my house and pick up each and everyone if you want them back so badly." Then I walked out. Completely unprofessional pharmacist.

The worst, most unorganized pharmacy I've ever used. Since I've been a customer they have lost my px's, they don't get the px approved by your insurance and try to charge you full price saying it's needs approval. They also over charge for scripts when you compare to other pharmacies. I get texts telling me it's time to order my px so I do then I get told it's too soon to order. This week I called in a refill, I get a text today that it's ready so I go to pick it up and though it's filled and in a bag they can't sell it because it's expired? Are you kidding me! I'm done. Don't get me started on the employees! I've given them far to many chances. Switching everything over to Publix pharmacy. I used Publix 1 time already and what a huge difference. Mad I didn't switch sooner.

While they always have the medication and fill it fast, i can't get them to quit robocalling me, for flu shots, refills, anything. I've tried everything. They called twice today. Only option is to go elsewhere.

Doctor called prescription in on a Wednesday. I stopped in about 9 PM Thursday to be told 3 hour wait. Said I would return the next day. Arrived Friday, about 8 pm. Waited 45 min as I was 4th in line. Going to go somewhere else next time.

Typical CVS pharmacy. The staff is friendly but sometimes it is hard to find anyone to help you out, or cash you out. The store is usually stocked very well and I usually find whatever I am looking for. Nice private parking lot in the middle of Wilton Manors.

I can say one of the young cashier is one of the rudest I have seen in years. No care for the customer. I bought ones lots items for Christmas and had to return one not working about 30 mn later as I leave 1/2 miles away and wasn't able to get my money back but only the half as I had left my receipt by mistake there . She had seen me and served me but refused to do so. Lost half my money for an unworking light also with a rude attitude very condensending to the client. Went back another day for shopping And I was paying and forgot an item in the front to cashier alley I asked to hold and start scanning. I took about 10 second and she had passed my turn and had to wait an extra 15 mn for no reason. Again with an attitude. This is CVS!!! IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE SMILY AND NICE then do something else. The neighborhood is nice and everyone around is. This is unacceptable. Maybe this CVS should choose it's staff a little more carefully and get people that do care for customers. A great location and neighborhood deserve people happy to help
