In praise of pharmacist Bryan-- Ok so I am a physician (i do not tell them that when I use this pharmacy) as well as a customer of this cvs pharmacy . I know the medical system is a mess- and just want to say we should not take it out on the pharmcay employees who have to navigate a complex system that is always changing rules. I had what was supposed to be a simple issue-- convert a mail order script to local pick up. Bryan spent literally 28 minutes dealing with the same cvs care mark phone trees and hard to understand reps that we do trying to resolve this. All the while his technicians were bringing him other issues to handle. I felt bad for him since I saw the customer before me had an authorization issue he was trying to resolve with that person's drug plan also spending a long time on the phone. And he had to turn away someone whose drug plan would not allow a "vacation refill" for a restricted item. The problems are not the fault of the cvs staff and Bryan kept his cool, and was professional and caring and wanted to make sure we got our meds. The pharmacy benefit managers and drug plans make this man's job very difficult.

Associates are always friendly and the pharmacy staff are phenomenal. My go to for all prescriptions and over the counter products!

Worse customer service here . There is a manager guy who is light skin with dark hair his attitude sucks … also there is a heavy size black woman working today at front and did not even want to help with check out … her attitude sucks … I will be calling customer service to report about the service here at this location !! They need to do better … they are always out of stock with items !

They try to over charge patients in pharmacy. Literally have told me prescription is over $200 each time. Then look at me like I’m stupid when I say run it through goodRx. Magically the price goes down. How many older people are you making overpay for their medication. Need a new nighttime staff, I work in a pharmacy your supposed to help patients. Then you tell me insurance isn’t on file and is expired. My insurance goes through December last time you all told me I didn’t have insurance by the end your saying I have full coverage. Need to get your story straight….

I waited for Clarabel to become available for assistance with an instacart order and she was pleasant with the young latino boy but when i approached the register the look of disgust on her face surprised me. I politely said good evening as she didn’t greet me at all and then asked could she help me with this instacart order she pointed me in the direction I needed to be but i was unable to find most items and the one that was there was locked.When I asked for her help again to retrieve the locked item she was even more annoyed. She unlocked the item and when I tried to confirm I was in the correct section for the other items she just walked away back to the front. I advised her I was having some trouble locating items and she said “I can’t look for it for you” then telling her co worker she was waiting for her relief to come so she can leave. Not a nice woman, impatient and bias towards customers. The other staff member was much more helpful and pleasant.

I always have to make 3 - 4 trips when I try to pick up my medication because they can never give me the right time and then they get seem annoyed at me when I show up WHEN THEY SAID TO!!! They also close in the middle of the day for lunch the same time everyone else has lunch.

CvS located at 1150 NE 26th st im Wilton Manor, Fl sells expired food.On 12/05/23 I bought a pack of Borden cheese with an expiration dare of 10/01/23, I came back on 12/06/23 to let them know they are selling old food.However since didn't have a receipt the manager accused me of stealing it!...what a joke of company.CVS at 1150 NE 26th st in Wilton Manor is selling old food and allowing clowns to take care of their customers.BE AWARE OF COMPANIES MAKING A PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH.CVS lost my business.

We have always loved CVS 5 points. We were so disappointed to hear that this location recently disallowed all of the local LGBTQ publications. They did not notify us. And they tossed all of our racks.During these turbulent political times, we need these locations more than ever to support us.Note, this is not about ad dollars, but allowing us to put our racks there as distribution points.
