This company is Awesome! I've been purchasing their textbooks for about 12 years to recertify as a CPT. They ship right away and if any shipping issues occurred they were professional, prompt, and very accommodating in the way they handled the issue!!

Exercise Etc. has been a great resource to obtain CEC's. Previously I have spent hundreds of dollars to get CEC's to maintain my Personal Training Certification. I no longer have to spend that much since I have found Exercise Etc.

I ordered course, athletic body #cc126 on December 1st. When I tried to download my e-book, it stated I need a redemption code. I sent an email and them. Was directed to HK Tech and they asked for invoice number and when i did reach the company on the phone. I was told to call Exercise ETC. Just been getting the run around since Dec. 1st. All I wont is the redemption code so I can start reading the e-book. They did have a problem charging my card. What a waste of time and money dealing with this company. I would expect to get a code once I pay. This to me is very unprofessional and be careful and wise when you deal with this company. Don't know if I will deal with them in the future.
