We are super disappointed and angry with this company, my husband and I went to do our taxes approximately 1 month ago, because according to us this is a reliable company. The lady who assisted us to file our taxes is called Michella. She was friendly throughout the entire tax process but she forgot something very important when it came to asking us for our account and routing number. We gave her the cell phone so she could enter it herself and He forgot to put a 0, that 0, which meant that the money from the IRS never reached our account. When I realized when reviewing the file, which was on Friday 02/23/24, I realized that I had not put a 0, we went to the office. h&R block of Wilton Manors where we did the process and upon entering a woman who is one of the preparers told us why don't you come when Michelle is there? Is she not there? I found it very rude that this woman responded to us in that way, I am paying more than 150 dollars for a service and I have my rights to complain about your mistake as many times as necessary. Well, when we were there we explained what happened, they told us that since it was the lady's mistake, the money was going to be returned to the IRS and it could take up to 6 months.We do not have to wait up to 6 months for your mistake, they told us that they would send us a check with the money within 7 days...because they know that it was their mistake but until today it has not reached us nothing.. then just as they made fun of us, the woman treated us terribly.. we will start a lawsuit process before the state and the court. I have all the evidence and even recordings.. I would never recommend this company.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with such warmness and happiness. The staff in that office are exceptional! They all made me laugh, they complemented me and I felt right at home. It was the best experience I have ever had in a tax agency. I am extremely grateful that my tax agent was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, she probed when she needed things and walked me through the entire process. I am beyond pleased and will return next year for sure! Thank you H&R Block for hiring such wonderful people! BTW my tax agent was Elaine Rosenzweig you should see her some time.

Elaine R is the tax queen! She is quick, she cares, she breaks things down so I understand everything. She gets me the most money bacsible. I walked ia whim & filed with her 3 years ago. Needless to say she's stuck with me til she retires!

well i was expericining some tax issues with my current job...Publix...which im still employed with...you guys are very patient with me and i thank u...i had to go back to u twice and to reslove the issue which i see im getting back a decent amount of money...So i say thank u thats why the high score...I just have one issue i havent recieved my refund yet...should i be worried....can u let me know whats the update...

Over the years, H&R Block has always had the nicest, most helpful staff and tax professional doing our taxes and they've always been accurate. We've never had a problem with the IRS when Block tax professionals have done our taxes.
