It's a hole in the wall I walked in there ask for a menu sure enough they gave me a little flyer which passes for a menu with a list of things to eat not a single price on it question why do these people have jobs?

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a business. Placed an order online like I usually do and called to just follow up to make sure they put extra garlic sauces since I’ve paid for them the last couple times I’ve ordered and they forgot them (no big deal). Spoke to a lady that cut me off before I could even finish my first sentence. Tried to explain my situation and she literally laughed at my reasoning for calling. Asked to speak to a manger and she responds “YES”, asked for her name and she wouldn’t provide her name then hung up the phone. Called back and she was even more rude and obnoxious and still wouldn’t provide her name after multiple requests. Pizza came and asked the driver who is always really awesome ‘Paulin’ the managers name which turned out to be ‘GINA ROBERTS’. Gina has the worst customer service etiquette and should be trained how to handle a simple call request from a returning customer. Gina, hope this review makes it to your supervisor who should terminate you immediately. Horrible customer service GINA! Thank you PAULIN for being an awesome delivery driver. Your company should be proud to have a driver like you.

Ordered on-line for a NY style pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. What I received was a pie with anchovies (i am highly allergic to anchovies). I called to talk to manager and was told that is what I pressed and they don't change orders. If I am allergic to something, why would I order it? Bad customer service. By the way after checking again, the tab for anchovies is way way down the list from pepperoni. Not ordering from this location again. No wonder there are a lot of bad reviews.

Only delivered half of my order. Waited on hold with the store for 15 minutes. They refused to deliver the rest of the food and refused to give me a refund. They would only give a credit for future purchases. Why would I order from here again?

Never had an issue before tonight!! The delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong house and when I called to let them know the manager told me that the driver delivered it and confirmed my name! My name i not common he hadn’t confirmed anything i was left having to pay for a wrong delivery. The manager just hung up on me after calling me a liar! So i got scammed by them yet im the bad guy!!

This has to be the worse Papa John's ever! Never have I been so disappointed in the food quality my pizza was extra burned & the pepperoncini pepper was very dried out as if they got it out of the trash! That's exactly how my pizza looked like it belonged in a garbage can I was too scared to eat

I went this night to buy a pizza, I asked if is possible do half and half flavor at the same pizza, but the cashier didn’t not paid attention about was I asked. She attended the guy behind me first and when I ask again bout the pizza she was paid attention at other client saying tho the other cashier. After some minutes she just answered it’s not possible to do, just if I choose create my pizza.Honestly I didn’t deserve the way this person attended me.

Tried working there before. Open availability for nights day 1. Then scheduled to start work during days and hrs I did not list. Then told would not work out. Not ordering food from papa John’s again ?
