“Since I moved to Wilton Manors over two years ago, I have been using the Walgreen specialty pharmacy located at 2540 N. E. 15th Ave. in Wilton Manors because since my very first experience with them, they have been top notch and that includes everyone that works at this location.The professionalism and the courtesy and customer contact and attentiveness shown to me on each and every visit has always scored a complete 10 in my book.In particular, I would like to give a shout out to the pharmacy manager Anne-Marie Aldrich, PharmD..On every visit this pharmacy location she has gone out of her way to make sure to ask me questions with regards to any and all of my medication‘s just to make sure that I completely understood what I am taking and how it might interact with other medication’s that was taking at the time.I’ve never had this type of interaction with a pharmacist at any pharmacy that I’ve been to in my entire life and at 53 years old I’ve seen a few pharmacists in my lifetime.I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for a top-notch pharmacy and pharmacist to give this Walgreen specialty location at least one visit because I’m sure that they will be back time and time again.Thank youSincerelyMark FlorentinoWilton, Manors, FloridaDecember 7th 2023”

“The shelves were immaculate, remarkable enough to be noticeable! Everything was in its place and the place just seemed neat as a pin! I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because there were SO many missing items. Many more that don't even seem related to the pandemic, but I may have been there at a bad time as there were multiple people stocking shelves. However, I would shop here again as I think this is the cleanest, neatest Publix I have ever been in and I was greeted with a smile by more staff than any other!”

“I walked in to get a protein bar and I was amazed on how many varieties they had.....tons of them.....The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly and I noticed that behind the counter, a full fledge pharmacy is going on... people were taking orders, filling prescriptions answering phone calls..Very busy pharmacy. Full service...and great place to grab a bottled drink and a snack bar.”

“In praise of pharmacist Bryan-- Ok so I am a physician (i do not tell them that when I use this pharmacy) as well as a customer of this cvs pharmacy . I know the medical system is a mess- and just want to say we should not take it out on the pharmcay employees who have to navigate a complex system that is always changing rules. I had what was supposed to be a simple issue-- convert a mail order script to local pick up. Bryan spent literally 28 minutes dealing with the same cvs care mark phone trees and hard to understand reps that we do trying to resolve this. All the while his technicians were bringing him other issues to handle. I felt bad for him since I saw the customer before me had an authorization issue he was trying to resolve with that person's drug plan also spending a long time on the phone. And he had to turn away someone whose drug plan would not allow a "vacation refill" for a restricted item. The problems are not the fault of the cvs staff and Bryan kept his cool, and was professional and caring and wanted to make sure we got our meds. The pharmacy benefit managers and drug plans make this man's job very difficult.”
