John figueras has been the best at helping me out on this situation. But as for dealing with Truist on the phone I’m very disappointed in it and I’m going to change banks soon if this is not resolved this week cause it’s been over a month now with my money.

Every time I come here Schelomith Andre is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to any banking questions.I’ve referred several clients to this bank for that reason. 10/10 she deserves a raise!

Would highly recommend the Wilton Manors branch because of the exception customer service provided there. In particular, I would like to applaud the undivided attention I received from John Figueres on my last visit. He was very knowledgable and explained my options in terms that I could easily understand. I left there feeling optimistic about my financial future and that of my son as well.

I have banked with Suntrust for 15+ years and although I’m not a large client. I’ve done a lot in human resource, work and sales, and wanted you to know that you have a gentleman in Wilton manors that is extremely good dealing with people and taking care of issues. His name is John Figueroas In the 15 years there have been several good people that I work with, but I must say John exhibits the qualities of being the finest I’ve never worked with. in my humble opinion, you should put him on the senior management

If fraud protection is important to you stay out of this branch! I had my debit card number stolen. I went to the bank as soon as I saw the unauthorized charges pending. They were still pending when I spoke with John Figueras a Senior Relationship Banker. At first everything seemed fine he said he froze the account the next day the money was back. I specifically asked Mr Figueras is it was safe to continue using the account he assured me it was and unfroze the account. As soon as he did that the unauthorized charges were deducted from my account again. I went back to the bank and spoke to Mr Figueras who displayed a total lack of empathy for my situation and he even said “it’s paid now there’s nothing I could do.” When I said but you told me it was safe he became very aloof stating that someone in the back office paid it and he was not responsible. Finally he said do you want to file a grievance in a very snarky tone. 0f course I want to file a grievance someone just stole $500 from my account. I went home called the Truist fraud protection group and after I explained my situation they immediately put the money back. They did nor even seem aware of this situation so I don’t know who Mr Figueras contacted but it was the fraud protection group. I immediately went to Truist and closed my account. For a person with the title of Senior Relationship Banker he needs to learn empathy and respect for the banks clients

I came in at 4:40pm to tell them I came because I tried to open my account online. Which I worked in a bank anybody that is inside the branch should be helped. And she just wanted to leave and not help what kind of service is that.

Trash.The merger aka Truist has made this place completely fall apart. If you are an existing Suntrust customer, switch banks now and don't look back. If you are not an existing Suntrust member, you're welcome for the heads up.Between the app being extremely buggy, and all the new terms with the merger, this is a disaster. Best part of all is everyone is in "training to handle the merger." lol
