Professional, super cordial, efficient AND didn't try to sneak all the additional fees other U-Haul's have. I've been using 5 Points U-Haul for years, then I moved to Cypress Bend, tried the U-Haul nearby and never ever again. I needed another U-Haul & went back to 5 Points U-Haul ...... and again the BEST. I'm a loyal customer!!

At the end of the day it’s a U-Haul place with U-Haul’s for rent but the woman who work works there is rude and awful and should not be in Customerservice.You will not be treated like a valued. Customer.

I've had nothing but issues since the very first second with both this and the broward locations.When making the reservation they first set the drop off location to the wrong one over 200 miles away from where I was moving to. Then when I arrived to have my tow hitch installed after 2 weeks and confirming three times, I was told their installer went on vacation and didn't call any of his appointments. I said cool no problem, let's fix it. The GM Dee was very nice and able to get the Broward location to install it that same morning.I got to Broward and got the tow hitch and lighting installed. The next day when I went to pick up my reserved 6x12 trailer I was told the hitch on my car is the wrong one and can't pull the 6x12 trailer that they had allowed me to reserve and purchase despite this. So I was forced to downsize to a 5x8 trailer which complicated my move.But don't worry, it gets a lot worse. So we changed my contract from the 6x12 trailer to the 5x8 but I was still charged over $700 which was the price of the bigger trailer.Later while on the road out of state, I noticed 12 hours into my drive during the night that the trailer lights weren't working. On one of my many stops for gas, I pulled the side panel out to examine the wiring and noticed the wiring for the trailer lights is covered in electrical tape. When fiddling with the wiring, the trailer lights turned on and off. As an audio/lighting engineer, it was pretty easy to determine that there's a short in the wiring. This resulted in me being pulled over by a state trooper during my drive.So to summarize-I had multiple scheduling/appointment issues.-I had the incorrect tow hitch installed for the trailer that the staff allowed me to reserve knowing the make/model of the car I was towing with.-I was forced to downsize my trailer and was overcharged the price of the bigger trailer.-The trailer lighting I paid for has electrical issues and is taped up resulting in no trailer lighting.

Extremely rude and disrespectful employee just yelled at me even though I asked him in repeated opportunities to lower his voice to deescalate the situation. The manager who was sitting next to him took over but did nothing about his employee tone of voice and rudeness allowing him to continue yelling as he please

The trucks brakes were very bad, had to keep my distance between cars, this is even with the truck not loaded with anything, was so much wost loaded up and the truck was shacking hard. Uhaul need to check this trucks more.

In the top 20 horrible Customer Service experiences of my life. The store manager is so nasty and unfriendly and rude. I don’t think she is in the right career. Perhaps you should look into other options.

Two weeks ago I attempted to get a propane tank filled here. The filling station was out of order. No sign was posted. Someone came outside and told me it was out. Today, I called the phone number for this location to see if the filling station was repaired and was unable to speak with anyone there personally. I ended up at the main U-Haul customer support phone center where someone (Raymond) attempted to call them and he had trouble getting someone to answer also. He kept trying and finally he got back to me and said that they told him the filling station was fixed. I drove there only to find a sign on the station that said "Out Of Order." This Wilton Manors location has very poor service and I would not recommend using it.

Came to drop the truck off. The guy told me they charge people whatever they want for the stuff left in the back of the trucks. I left not thinking to fully checkout. They added 60$ on the tab for gas and I left the truck with more gas then when I picked it up. When I called I was told they would reimburse me for the fee and to expect a email. Never got email. Called and was told the manager wasn't in. Ended up paying 160 for a 50$ rental. Be careful and please check what your charged for before you leave. Don't get scammed!

I made a reservation in advance to arrive and not have any available. Why didn't someone call as a courtesy? A waste of gas and time! This experience is beyond frustrating.

This location is very disorganized. At the time of my reservation, I was told that the vehicle I rented was not at that location and I was sent to another location. When I arrived, that location did not have the vehicle either so I returned to this original location. After much confusion, it turns out that the vehicle I rented was in fact at the original facility and the staff made an error on their end. This location has poor management as well as poor customer service skills. Overall, I would not rent from this location again.

Dishonest scammers. Besides not having any staff and long wait times I was charged $30 for 6 gallons of gas when I only drove the U-Haul truck 5 miles (as documented by them).

Why bother making a reservation when everytime you arrive there’s no truck available? Slow and incompetent staff then send you to another location where there’s also no truck available. Use ANYBODY but U-Haul and especially this location.

The agent said he'd email me the receipt. First time I've allowed this. When we checked the bill we noticed he charged us $2.08 for gas which we did not approve. We obviously will never trust ANY other business to send an email rather than a hard copy. As for the gas charge, the bill shows we traveled 11 miles. We put less than a gallon in the tank so we should not have been charged for gas. I have a photograph of the gas meter showing the tank was off the full mark when we picked it up. Not going to waste my time arguing about this, but its the reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5. I will warn friends never to accept an email receipt. As for the dealership itself - I've used it five times now, have had no other complaints. The rentals have worked flawlessly.

There is no place within a 50-mile radius that knows more about hitches than Kevin G. Each time I have had an issue, I have taken my car to Kevin. Even the VW dealership was unable to resolve the issues. I am grateful that Kevin is on staff there. He is personable, professional and knows his stuff!!
