I love this particular location the people are friendly and professional. Associates like Cristina, Abraham and Diego gives the new meaning of great customer services. I recommend if you are in the are near this location stop by because the vibes are great.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable Service
I’ve used this UPS location many times, always with the help of a trusted friend who assists me with deliveries. Since I had to travel recently, I opened a PO Box here, paid for six months in advance, and authorized my friend in writing to pick up packages on my behalf. I even submitted her IDs as requested.
When we signed the agreement, the UPS representative told me she just needed to stop by later to sign in person, which we planned for. She successfully picked up a package last week without issue.
However, during her most recent visit, an employee (name unclear—either Ibrahim or Abraham) refused to release the package and hid in the back room when she asked for his name. He only became identifiable because another employee told us who he was. I was on the phone on speaker, clearly authorizing the release, and he refused to speak or cooperate in any way.
This behavior is completely unprofessional. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on this mailbox service, and now I can’t even retrieve my customer’s expensive equipment, which I need for a repair job. This situation is harming my business and reputation.
I suspect they may have lost or mishandled the authorization paperwork, but instead of resolving it, they are stonewalling.
I can’t recommend this location to anyone who values reliability or basic customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Could be a total coincidence, but I used my charge card at the UPS store at 300 E Oakland Park Blvd, Wilton Manors, FL 33334. Later that day, someone tried to charge $900+ at a clothing store. Luckily Visa stopped the transaction. Has anyone else a similar experience after visiting this UPS store? Tried calling corporate but they were no help.

Excellent customer service. Efficient and friendly.
I chose this location as an Amazon pickup point for a very large order. Typical Amazon they shipped it in numerous packages! The gentleman who helped me was so helpful, and didn't seem to mind in the least how many packages I had!
I saw a couple of other people being helped while he was bringing out all of my packages and the other staff were equally good.

(and what a ridiculous reply. If you think you provide a world class customer service experience, you must be in the wrong job. Look at the reviews you have on here. you clearly provide no coaching at all to your staff on guest service. it's shameful)
