Lazy people! I went to drop off package. 3 customers 4 employees. Had to wait in line for couple mins. 4th employee finally greeted me. I had the barcode but he said I need an envelope. ( in the past I've never needed an envelope UPS took care of everything ). Nevertheless I had to make a call to verify. I finished and got back in line only to be ignored. Only 2 customers being served as 2 employees walked around ignoring me. Finally after a few minutes the 3rd employee finished her customer and helped me. Point being customers should not be ignored. The service here sucks!

The agents are extremely helpful and friendly attending to all of my concerns every time I come to the store which is often. They relentlessly treat me with kindness and compassion and solve my problems. Keep up the great work.

This location continuously hires incompetent, unfriendly young bozos for many years that have no common sense, no manners and no courtesy. I will never ever be back. I now go to the Northridge store where the staff are adult men who are courteous and friendly and appreciate my business. This Wilton manors location could go out of business for all I care.

Employees are generally helpful, clean, lines can get a bit long, packages do get lost, some packages get rejected for having the wrong addresse even though the boxes are business addresses, sometimes employees are unwilling to get your package if the store is just about to close. They are also consistently closing 15 minutes early, and the times they aren't closed early, the lights are off and the gate is only partially open, I'm not sure if the door is unlocked because at that point I just use my key anyways unless all the lights are on and the gate is mostly open.

I can see why this location has such bad reviews, I just experienced it. The attitudes of the employees at this location are horrible, and other bad reviews of the employees at this location are accurate. I simply needed to weigh a package, nothing else. There was only one register open and 6 people in line. The other cashier was a young black woman who was counting change and I simply and politely asked if I could weigh my package on her scale, which I could see was still on. She sniped back at me that I had to wait in that long line. I didn't need her to stop what she was doing, I could just put the package on her scale at the end of the counter as I've done it in the past here with never a problem. I was appalled because they were still open for a half hour and no reason for that attitude just to simply weigh a package. I told her I would just take it to FedEx instead, and she nastily replied to "go ahead, we don't need your business" as if she owned the store. I wonder if UPS Corporate feels that way too, I doubt it considering their already poor reputation.Suffice it to say I just closed my Corporate and Personal Business Accounts with UPS, and will take my business elsewhere in the future. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Good Riddance UPS !!!

Went for notary services, website says free scan when you pay for notarized documents. I was charged $5 to scan. When I showed them the website they said it's only at participating locations and they don't participate. I feel lied to and ripped off. They lost me as a customer over 5 bucks and now get this negative review.

Worst customer service I’ve received at a UPS. The young girl working had a terrible attitude and was so rude and unhelpful. Her behavior was completely uncalled for, and I left shocked by the interaction and customer service. As a very frequent customer of UPS, I will not be returning to this location.

This is a review on Ms. Thalia Alvarenga at store 4875. This pleasant young lady is very knowledgeable in her work and pays attention to detail. I am a senior citizen and do not understand the logistics of the email which seems difficult, but, Ms. Alvarenga solves it so easily. There is always an inviting smile to welcome you with her professionalism. She is truly a great asset to your company because I always look forward to seeing her whenever I need to solve any issues with my printing documents. She is a wonderful person.

Terrible service this afternoon. There was a black woman and a hispanic woman behind the service desk. The Hispanic woman with the glasses serviced me and she was rude and unhelpful the entire time. She made the process difficult and wouldn't assist me with basic information. She demanded I buy a box to return my AT&T equipment, and AT&T told me I wouldn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. The paper says "No need to package anything and there's no cost to you." I have never had to pay for anything when i return equipment. I brought my own box as well. The box I brought was the box my new modem came in, so it was ripped open a little bit. She eventually made due with the box that I brought, but called me back into the store to throw away remnants of my box that broke off instead of throwing them away herself. I asked her if she had a recycle bin she could throw them away in, and she pointed to the small trash can in the lobby. She was purposefully trying to be obtuse. Worst interraction i've ever had with a UPS employee. She was cold, short, indifferent, and off-putting. Why is she working here? What type of customer service was that??

The employees at this store are just awesome! Specially Fabiola. They make sure my packages are shipped and delivered timely. I have been sending packages to The Netherlands and some times customs have place the packages on hold but Fabiola has been super efficient contacting me and sending all the information needed and making sure the packages move quickly from customs to the final destination. I’m very happy with the service Fabiola has provide and I recommend this store 100%.
