The pharmacy staff is amazing, always kind and respectful. The pharmacy is a bit hard to find at first. My only complaint is.not with the location but rather the automated prescription reminder and information telephone IVR system. The system does not reflect what is actually happening with your prescriptions causing customers to call and ask to speak to a pharmacist to confirm orders.

Every experience I’ve had at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy has been positive. Daniel and Andrea always go above and beyond to help me, and their kindness really makes a difference. The location is always clean, and I’m greeted the moment I walk in the door. It’s refreshing to have such excellent service; we need more places like this!

I just had today one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had both over the phone and in person when I picked my prescription. The girl that took care of me had the best customer services skills, very kind and willing to help! I’m bummed I didn’t get her name but I hope she gets the credit she deserves!

Incompetent staff, nothing is ever done correctly. Multiple calls and emails to straighten out simple issues and they still only manage to make things worse. I wish I could go to a different pharmacy but my insurance only allows me to use Walgreens. Would give ZERO stars if possible

Just had one of the worst, most unsettling experiences I’ve ever had in a healthcare setting at this Walgreens. My husband and I went for COVID boosters and after waiting 15 min to be acknowledged, one of the pharmacists (young guy with short dark hair and short beard) yelled across the pharmacy that we are under 65 years of age and therefore not eligible. This is false if you are immunocompromised, which we both are. He went out of his way to do everything in his power to deny us the vaccine, even after I disclosed that I’m actually a physician and familiar with the CDC guidelines. He printed out their policy and highlighted a part that says ”additional dose may be given at the discretion of healthcare provider” to which I countered “I AM a healthcare provider.” He then replied that Walgreens is the provider and for that reason, he was refusing us, telling us we need to go to a doctor’s office. What?? Instead of trying to understand how the guidelines might apply to us, he immediately assumed that we didn’t meet the criteria and became further entrenched in his position just to be right. Eventually, his manager got involved and we ultimately got the vaccine boosters as clearly recommended by the CDC. Now, imagine this same scenario if it had been a lay person who was maybe hesitant about getting vaccinated and was encouraged by a loved one to get the vaccine — they would have been turned away, lacked the knowledge to argue back, and maybe been discouraged altogether from getting the recommended protection. After spending the last 4 years battling COVID on the front lines, this is the part that infuriates me the most. If you meet the guidelines, please don’t be discouraged from protecting yourself. And from a pragmatic stance, perhaps go to CVS or Publix where you won’t suffer the push back we just did.

I’ve been in Wilton manors for about seven months and I must say Walgreens pharmacy is amazing. It’s very personal, very personable and I never have a bad experience. I feel very at home when needed to go.????????

I called the store to ask a simple question and was put on hold for two hours eventually the call dropped I am so glad we treat our customers that way now being from corporate I have to fire everybody and start again to see if we can get people working for us to do customer service thanks again
