I stopped by to grab a coffee, but my experience was tinted by the unacceptable behavior of one of the staff members. I approached an Asian lady restocking the coffee stand and asked about the price of a large cup. She seemed put off, sucked her teeth, and answered begrudgingly, like I was bothering her. To make matters worse, she was wearing headphones, which likely meant she didn't even hear my initial question.
After our brief exchange, she then shouted across the room to her co-worker, further highlighting her dismissive attitude. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome, like I was a nuisance.
Sadly, looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with this woman. It's concerning that multiple complaints about her behavior haven't led to any improvements in customer experience at this store. Given this, I'll avoid shopping at this 7-Eleven when she's working. Customer service was a major letdown.

What is so weird as I was just reading the previous experience before?I am posting this and I am speaking of the same lady.How does this lady still have her job????? I went in here yesterday and I go in every morning before I go to work yesterday she was in here working with another young lady. She screamed at her other employee from across the store literally screamed at her that poor girl behind the counter did absolutely nothing wrong. She's over there screaming at her like she is her mother. I was appalled at this behavior. I have worked in retail almost thirty five years, and I know that this is not acceptable in any company. I am speaking of the lady that is of oriental descent. Cmon 711 when that new racetrack comes up being built across from you guys down the street at the corner, you guys are gonna lose so much business because of her. There is no reason why anybody needs to be that mean to anybody, especially the employee's now.I see why every time I go in there.This store has new employee's.This has got to be the biggest turnover rate that I have seen at any seven eleven!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is this woman still here?Clearly, all your reviews are exactly the same person i'm speaking of!!!!!!!!

Oriental lady that cleans and takes out trash yelled at me for taking a dump saying it stinks and I should do it at home . When I was paying for my food she came to the counter and yelled at me accusing me of leaving poopy paper on the floor(which I definitely did not). That lady has got to go

The manager needs to be fired asap(some Asian lady) , insanely rude and disrespectful. Cursed a small business owner out for no reason at all. Completely raged at him for respectfully pitching his product making all the customers uncomfortable.

Manager is not smart. Wallet was stolen from the location. I asked for surveillance. She does not “know the code.” I asked for the owner’s contact information. She said she could not give it to me. When I asked why, she said, “because.” Overall, should be fired. I will be contacting the owner myself and ensuring her termination.

We always come to this station to prepare ourselves before the work day at my company, I have never had a bad experience, this lady has a hostile service, At this time of the morning, the lady receives you in an unfriendly way. They should serve you kindly.

Beware of skimmer on credit card machine. They claim there’s nothing wrong with their tap feature but it clearly won’t allow you to use it at this location. Pay attention to your bank statement after using your card here. My bank notified me of a so called non profit organization based in North Carolina trying to process my debit card at 3am in the morning for 83 cents. And then a few minutes later my bank blocked a transaction from the same company for $5,600.00. Don’t get ripped of for your hard earned money. Also avoid paying at the gas pump for gas. If there’s skimmers inside at the cash register you know dang well they are outside at the pumps too

I went to the 711 this morning my scratch ticket I won hundred dollars The person at the 7-Eleven told me I did not win anything and then I took my scratch ticket went somewhere else and the other store told me I won hundred dollars, but the person at 7-Eleven was trying to scam me not to give me my money
