She was very kind and very knowledgeable about everything that I was asking her. She’s a very good employee to have. I would suggest that they take training from her because she was 100% knowledgeable about everything I want to know thank you guys so much. This is a hard time and we all hope things turn out well.

I actually went to get a storage unit during my lunch break and was pressed for time. Nick not only helped me out with an engaging and informative customer service but he was very efficient and respected my time. Definitely a great employee that Life Storage has and got me exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend
