Having been accepted into T-Mobile’s satellite beta program, I had to stop at a local store and chose the one near Publix on Boyette. I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait long for a representative to assist me. The gentleman had a well-kept beard. He was very honest about the service as I was under the impression it provided more communication than it currently does.
The store is in a good location with plenty of parking.”

“The manager Jojo and young lady that was helping us was great! She helped us get the best plan and best promotion for us. She was very knowledgeable about their products and answered all my questions for me. On top of that, I saw her helping her other employees right after she helped us, I can tell she’s a great manager and leader as she was making sure everybody was good. Multitasking the whole time we were there and answering questions from the whole team. Best experience I’ve had in a retail store! I’m not one to call in complaints, but I’m definitely making the calls. Love day and morning shift they are always so helpful and have the best service, but overnight girl is a joke and needs to go. Pull up the cams if you need to verify and see
