“I frequently stop at this 7-Eleven location for gas and convenience items, and I want to start by saying the store is usually very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. That’s one of the reasons I continue choosing this station over others. However, I recently had an issue during the $.50 off gas promotion. I purchased gas for two separate cars expecting to receive the promotional discount on both transactions. On my first receipt, I received a $.55 per gallon discount, but on the second transaction I only received a $.05 discount instead of the promotional amount. I’ve already submitted a request hoping to receive a credit or correction for the missing discount, and I’m waiting to hear back. I highly suggest that 7-Eleven look into fixing the gas discount system because promotions like this are a major reason I make a point to fuel up at your stations. I’m hopeful customer service will resolve the issue, and I’ll update my review depending on how my request is handled.”

“My husband and I went into the store for help with my Husband’s phone, it was dropping calls. Dylan, their sales rep greeted us warmly, and was eager to assist us with the problem. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to help us. He helped my husband troubleshoot and gave us several different options, not an instant “you just need a new phone.” After he spent probably an hour in total helping us while assisting his other customers as well, we decided to buy a new phone. He explained the options, helped us find our best option, along with finding the right case and installing a new screen protector that we purchased. Now, customers of cricket for over 2 years already, we will be staying with cricket and recommending them to our family and friends. We also need a new IPhone for our daughter and he advised us of a promotion that would save us some money. 110% effort. If you are thinking about switching or need an upgrade, go to the GIBSONTON store and ask for Dylan.”

“Drake at the Riverview T-Mobile location was extremely helpful. I brought in my phones for a trade-in, and he not only explained the entire process clearly but also helped package the phones so they were ready to be dropped off at the UPS Store. He was courteous, highly professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, the process was smooth and stress-free. I received A+ service at this location and truly appreciate his assistance.”

“I’ve had an excellent experience with Aaron’s from the moment I placed my order to delivery and setup with Steven. Everything has always been smooth, professional, and easy. What really stands out is how understanding they are when life happens. There have been times I couldn’t make a payment on time, and they were respectful and worked with me instead of making the situation more stressful. My husband Chris and I have been able to pay off several items we initially leased because of their flexible options and reliable service. The products are always in great condition, and the customer service has consistently been helpful. We’ve been customers since 2023, and we truly appreciate this location. I would definitely recommend this Aaron’s store to anyone looking for quality products and a team that treats customers with respect.”

“Today started out pretty good I was working and needed to get gas after I got gas on my route my car didn’t start and everybody at this store was extremely helpful the 2 young Adults came out to help and see what they can do and I don’t know about cars but they seem very informative and helpful they also try to help me jumpstart the car and offer me to come in the store to wait for the tow truck and was very helpful and the nice older lady was very sweet and came out to check on me a few times … I felt like I was safe and someone cared and with everything that’s going on today in this world we need more people like them because no one checks on people without having a phone or being rude and people don’t care if you are ok .. just because of their kindness and goodwill to jump into action when I see someone in need I will always recommend people to this store I wish I knew everyone names but I will not forget them I hope they continue to help people without thinking without hesitation and without seeing color ..”

“This is the only 7-eleven in the Ruskin/Apollo Beach area that regularly has the Slurpee machine fully functional! The locations off of 19th ave or Shell Point never have red or blue ready. Go to this location if you want a Slurpee during the day or off times of night!”

“I don’t know who’s working right now at this location. It is 3:15 P.m. on Tuesday, April 21. I did not get her name I was in and out so quick. This has consistently been a great 7-Eleven. Always clean and always always always extremely friendly. The young lady who was working today was so friendly and so welcoming and I always come here anyway, but even if I didn’t, I would come back here just because the way she greets people and treats people when they’re cashing out. Thank you for hiring her. She deserves a raise.”
