I called a week before from out of state to schedule a Friday morning move for elderly mother. I arrived in town on Wednesday and called to confirm the details and was told the time I had asked to reserve had been booked for someone else and they had no availability. Very frustrating as I had travelled 1200 miles to assist with the move. The owner said they would “fit” us in on Friday since it was a 2hr job but would not even provide a time range to expect them. I called at 3pm and was told they would still fit us in, but still no time frame. 5pm still no word so I had to gather some family members to move my elderly mothers furniture to her assisted living room as we were on a deadline to be out of her current room. No calls, no follow up, poor customer service. If you need a dependable mover…..I DO NOT RECOMMEND HARRISON MOVERS! They will leave you stranded! I will be calling another moving company to finish the job. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

My dad and his companion moved today, they are older, and it was very stressful. These movers were so professional, competent, and patient. They wrapped everything very well, nothing was damaged. They worked so quickly too! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic moving company!

Called two weeks ahead to schedule move. Day of move did not show up, called and was told they left message previous day re truck break down. Never received message. Not able to help for 2-3days. Called other mover and they were to accommodate us for the next day!

I have had the opportunity to work with Harrison movers 3 times so far in Sun City and would definitely recommend them, they were very professional and prompt. The foreman and his helpers were great, not once did they stop nor did they damage any of the furnishings.

We have used Harrison’s Moving Service 2 times now and were so impressed with both moves. From the easy scheduling through the move. Everything went very smoothly. Harrison’s were right on time, and the workers got right to it, wrapped and carefully moved our up stairs furniture, which I dare say was very heavy. All the workers were friendly and very professional. Price was very fair! Couldn’t ask for a better moving company!!

Harrison moved my mother-in-law to Gainesville and made a second stop to our home for the furniture that she did not have room for. Ray, Hector and Denzel were on time and started working immediately. They were friendly and worked cheerfully and efficiently. They packaged the furniture carefully and unpacked it with the same care. I would recommend Harrison Moving without hesitation.

IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM BE SURE TO HAVE A BACKUP PLAN..I'm supposed to be moving on Saturday November 6th,booked almost 2 months ago. I was call from Gary on November 1st telling me i needed to pick another day be his foreman couldn't work because of his daughter birthday. Left me scrambling at the last minute. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Don't do it, save yourself the aggravation and go with another mover from the beginning...

We have used Harrison twice in the last two years. We have a house full of antiques. The men were extremely careful, courteous and prompt. Affordable. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Used them in the.past, no problem. Today we were scheduled for 3. Called us at noon to ask if we were ready. When we weren't they cancelled us.
