I would highly recommend using the services of Silverback Screening. When I requested a quote, they promptly answered my request within minutes. The quote they provided was the most reasonable out of all the quotes I requested. Their workers were prompt, courteous, and very professional in their craft. They left my patio cleaner than it was before they started the work. You will be more than satisfied with the end result. Thanks for a job well done Silverback!

We called Rey to get our screened lanai looked at because it was showing quite a bit of age and some panels had bad tears. Rey was very quick to respond, he listened to our concerns about wanting some areas of the sun more filtered than others and gave us options on repair and replacement. Rey, with his great team of Tyrese and John did a wonderful job on a full replacement of screens with part of the lanai having the UV rated material. We will recommend Silverback Screening to anyone we know who needs repair or replacement of screens.

Ray came highly recommended by the Lake St. Charles community and Handyman extraordinaire Glen Wilkins. Three estimates received May 2022 for 1. Replace all the window screens. 2. Replace all the screens in the front opening and back lanai. 3. Add on to existing rear structure. Unfortunately at the time Ray was having an employee turnover problem. This caused a huge work backup and some inferior work on some of the work that did get completed. Lanai expansion work went well , with the work done by Rey. With all the work done we paid in full in October 2022. Found some minor problems during summer 2023 and Rey found time despite being very busy to correct them. April 2024 we found the bottom section of screen in one section did not have the spline fully installed. It’s in a tough place to get to and was severely impacted by roots from a tree.I cleaned out the area and contacted Rey and explained the situation. I believe the work done at the time was not up to Rey’s usual high standards and the spline worked itself out. Within 1 week Rey had the repair done , which is pretty good considering how busy Silverback Screening must be. Overall very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thanks.

I had Rey replace all my lanai screens a few years ago, and I was so impressed.. I had a squirrel get into my lanai and ripped the screen. I called Silver back screening again and they had Ty that came over immediately to replace the screens .. very professional, kind, and respectful and did an outstanding job. I found this company by searching screen repair in my area. Sent owner (Ray) a picture of the damaged screen from my window and he sent "Ty" out to my house just a few hours later same day. Ty replaced the screen in less than 15 mins for only $50. I highly recommend these guys if you want same day service

Simply wonderful. Silverback Screening came in to help us with our lanai's roof. Not only did Rey solve the problem, he had a couple of great suggestions we could use to keep the other issues from cropping up.
