I live across the street from this store and frequently stop by to pump gas and grab a coffee. However, I’m consistently disappointed by the lack of maintenance and attention to customer experience. It's not uncommon for up to 25% of the pumps to be out of service, and receipts are rarely printed—forcing customers to go inside just to get one. The window cleaning stations are always empty, with no paper or cleaning fluid available. Additionally, the cappuccino machine has been broken for over two months, which is unacceptable for a location that promotes convenience. Overall, this reflects very poor management and a disregard for basic service standards.

None of them awards work so they’re charging people full prices for supposedly specials and the place is a mess.

I just got accused and embarrassed in front of everyone for not paying for gas yet I put in my card and paid for the gas! A rude employee said “ come with me “ you have to talk to my manager” I was like no I paid for the gas and after arguing and getting accused I finally went in and the manager looked everything up and was like sorry there was a miscommunication here is your receipt you are good! Are you serious? How dare you accuse me of not paying when she even handed me another receipt that I paid! Plus I paid with a credit card and I even showed the employee who came outside that it was taken out of my account!

7-Eleven get it together. This location always has out of order pumps and is constantly running out of gas. The community needs this company to put more into this necessary business that to this point CAN NOT be relied on.

It is ironic to live so close to the gas station and not be able to use the service, they never have gas, it is a mockery for the community, it bothers me greatly to waste time to find that they cannot provide gas service

The lady working the morning shift 8:00 am on 6/29/24 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Everytime I had a question she would roll her eyes and huff and puff. Alot of times when I come here the cashier's are rude. I unfortunately live next to this 711, and have an hour commute to work so I get gas daily. I will no longer be coming here because of the rude customer service I'm constantly met with

Unfortunate Experience at Seven ElevenI recently had an incident at the Seven Eleven located in Windermere Location that I feel compelled to share. While pumping gas, there was an issue with the payment process as $20 was mistakenly applied to the wrong pump due to a lack of attention.When I brought this to the attention of the staff member on duty, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The employee mentioned that she could handle the situation and fix the mistake but chose not to, asserting her authority without providing a resolution. Despite my request, she declined to share her name or connect me with a supervisor, she just let me know that she is from Puertp Rico and that she could do whatever she want in the gas station.It's disheartening to encounter such a response, especially when seeking a simple solution to a mistake. Clear communication and accountability are crucial in customer service, and unfortunately, my experience did not align with these expectations.I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service at this Seven Eleven location.
