I have had people from AT&T knock on my door 3x over the last week and do a rhythm knock (like you know who lives there) to try and get us to answer the door. It's leading.... and honestly uncomfortable

Watch out, reps add insurance to devices without telling customers, this is what happened with me and was wondering after 3 months why the bill is too high, I thought it was the trade in but the lady there added insurance without asking me if I want it or not. That’s so sneaky. I don’t appreciate that. Also she set me up with a business account which i never asked for.

Amazing customer service. Please head to this location for all your phone/ATT needs. All representatives were so kind and personable but most importantly Chris was able to help me resolve a difficult issue. He was knowledgable, resourceful and incredibly patient. Beyond grateful for the help.

We just visited the store this morning. Rick did an excellent job getting us set up with a new iPhone 15. Highly recommend this location over the Hamlin one. Bad service, they try to push you one more line than you need and don't fulfill what was agreed! I don't know if the problem is with this specific store or if it's with AT&T. I'll try another store or change operator!

Chris is awesome.Not many guys can take you from being irritated about a shattered phone to feeling better about your day in general.He walked me through the best options for replacement, both short and near term. He's also the first guy to sell me an insurance program without me feeling like I'm getting screwed with my pants on.If you're in Orlando, drive to this location. Worth it.
