I don’t like coming to this location, because it’s usually agonizingly slow. Today, there wasn’t even anyone behind the glass. The poor woman that welcomes you in (who wasn’t even from that branch) was helping a man who was aggravated, and there were two other people waiting to be helped. This woman was just dashing all over the bank. I stayed for a short bit, but had to leave. I called Bank of America to leave feedback, but the woman on the line was mumbling and I couldn’t make out what she was saying. This is a very poor branch, and I really think it should close. Next time I’ll just drive much further to another branch. It’s never worth it to come to this one.

Did not appreciate the defensive attitude of front desk Crystal Ramirez at all. The reason of my visit was to inquire about a $25 maintenance fee in my account. To which I was told that the reason of the fee is because my account did not meet the 10k combined balance at the end of the statement cycle. I proved Mrs. Ramirez she was mistaken and quickly adopted a defensive attitude. Your customers deserve an accurate explanation, and in this case she did not bother to research for one. However, she did assist with my issue and provided a quick resolution, but when I asked questions about the reason of the fee she was visibly annoyed and just dodged my inquiries. Bottom line, lots of room to improve regarding customer service skills

Terrible customer service. My first time there to do a wire transfer and it was bad. I have been with BoA for the past 16 years. And my wife also owns a business account there but after this experience, now it's time for a new bank.I walked in and asked where I can do a wire transfer, and she said "over there but sit right in that chair". So I sat down. But everyone that came in she took their information. So I went back to ask her if I needed to sign in and she was like " I will have to take your information and You are going to wait a little longer". You asked other people but you couldn't ask me? Or is it because I wasn't dress well like the other people? Customer service should be demonstrated and apply to everyone despite who they are or how they look. I ended up staying for more than an hour while I was on lunch break and still I wasn't serve. smh.

Very bad customer service, nobody answer the phone, they said you need an appointment, but not appointment available, I look for the next month and no day or time available. If you show up there, They told you again that you need to do an appointment. Very bad and frustrating situation.They told me to go to another brach, they told me that they called and do an appointment for me and it was not true neither.

This Bank is a Disgrace. Terrible and Unprepared Employees work at this place. They have no Education whatsoever. The employee GEETA PARTI was horrible. She lacks any understanding and does not elaborate concisely or clearly when dealing with customer service.The worst bank I visited. Save yourself the bad visit and go to another location where professionalism is enforced not a circus act.

4 Star is a little stretch but 3 would be too low. Good people but BofA need to do something to improve their offering quality (not the local staff's issue).

I have tried calling multiple times throughout the day & emailing them as well & no one is answering. There is a reason why we can’t come in person, so please have a designated person who is capable of answering the calls and emails.

I almost never leave reviews. But, this is by far the WORST banking center branch ever! I have been a BOA business banking customer and personal banking customer with BOA for over 20 years and this bank center manager should be ashamed at the way they treat customers!!!! I called 15 times and they pick and hang up...!!! what awful reflection of "the bank of America." Time to reconsider "banking relationships"

No one answers the phone at this location. I have tried calling multiple times over the course of multiple days. It is very, VERY frustrating. I have tried calling shortly after opening, in the afternoon, and near closing. It doesn't matter. No one will answer and the automated message will keep saying "everyone is currently assisting customers". I understand that the phone must ring a lot, and you would rather people come in person to address their needs, but someone should still be answering the phone in the event that there is an individual who is unable to come in for one reason or another. Very disappointed and unhappy with this branch's lack of phone communication.
