if I could give this bank a zero I would. Horrible customer service. I came in to speak to a personal banker. I was told to have a seat. Sat for about 5 minutes and then I was called back to the counter to be asked to see my account information. The young man at the counter called another person and they both looked at my accounts together. I repeated myself and said again I need to see a personal banker. After wasting my time I was told I needed to make an appointment to see a personal banker. Then was asked what day and time could I come back. I told him this is not my first time doing this and that I usually walk in. The bank was not busy at all. I told him I would go to another chase bank his response was OK. I walked into another bank which was busier and told someone would be with me shortoy.

This bank location has the worst drive-up service ever. Today just want to get the quick deposit, but wait 10 minutes and no one comes to say anything. And finally, someone comes over. And just ask me to fill out the form and wait more. I will try not to come to this location again.

Just to do a wire transfer had to wait over 30 minutes while manager was doing nothing. Worst experience ever. I'll be closing my accounts with this bank

no drive up atm. after I realized I drove back around the building and drove up to the window. no one came even after I pushed the call button and waited a few minutes. why did they get rid of the drive up? this is the second location I went to without one.

I have an account with that branch and two different bank. After my experience i move all my money to that branch they are excellent quick service wendamer branch the best i ever experience Katie manager top on everything and isabel always go out her way to help..I really appreciate all off them make my transactions easy any smooth for many years.

Worst bank. Tried calling 6 days of have a notary there. Never get a person on the phone. Automated system hangs up on me. The worst.

I now totally understand the 2 stars rating. At first, I didn’t understand how bad could a banking location be, but I had the first hand experience today.I went into the branch for a simple complimentary service.Of course, the clerk behind the desk “had” to tell me that all available bankers were currently helping customers (when I see only one of the four bankers has clients in her office), and they’ll have to “squeeze me between clients”.So because I was there for a complimentary service, I cease to be a client for the day. I am only a client when they want my business…I was so surprised by her rudeness that I was totally speechless. Anyhow, I closed the account as soon as I got home.Thank God they are not the only bank in town!

Absolutely horrible, how could you possibly hire such nasty and rude tellers behind the counter. The lady Isabel was screaming at me when I asked her to chage a few bills. There is zero customer service. Forget about being nice, they can't be even normal to their customers.
