Very annoyed with Chase requiring appointments to do anything with your accounts and all of the Chase Banks around us were even booked out over a week for an appt which is insane when you need to do some things with your accounts in person!! The only thing that kept us from closing out the account so we could move everything over to our other bank who is more willing to help its customers was Mariya who took us when her appt didn't show up and she helped us get everything done that we needed done quickly and spent the time with us that we needed. So she made up for Chase's ridiculous policy so we are very thankful for Mariya because it was very important to get our account updated quickly and she made it happen. Zero stars for Chase and Five Stars for Mariya!

Poor customer service, went to deposit a check into my employee’s account, made a mistake and wrote LLC instead of INC, when correcting it and adding my signature next to corrected mistake was refused deposit, was asked to bring a new check. Went to Chase in Winter Garden and had no problem depositing it.

My dad has gone many times to open a new account and they will not accept him without an appointment. Every little process requires an appointment which doesn’t make sense because they have many workers here. The first time he went some lady was very rude and demanding, she asked very rudely if he had an appointment and practically kicked him out the door for not having an appointment. He later went again and there was this other lady who was very polite and nice which is the type of people this branch needs. It’s disappointing having to deal with rude customer service when Chase is a very well known bank. I suggest either having a talk with the team on their manners towards customers or simply replacing them. I hope they improve and by what it seems I am not the only review experiencing this.

I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Daniel, an officer at Chase Bank. From the beginning, he was extremely kind and patient with my English, which made a huge difference for me.
Daniel helped me open a business account and explained all the details clearly, ensuring I understood every step of the process. His patience and kindness made this experience very positive and stress-free.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Chase Bank today. As a potential new customer, I expected better service. I walked in hoping to open an account, only to be told I needed to make an appointment for two days later. In the past, banks would go out of their way to welcome new customers, but that's clearly not the case here. It's a shame, as I was excited to start a relationship with Chase. Looks like I'll be exploring other options.

I need to use the ATM frequently and these atms are unavailable for use WAY too often..this hellscape of a bank infuriates me. Not only do they only have 1 ATM at the drive through when there's space for a second one, but even the one in the lobby is down as often as the outside one, today BOTH were down at the same time. Get your act together.

Terrible Experience, Tried to Open Business account left with account number and bunch of papers and they said still u need to come finish the process, went back as they said they told me it’s with the relation manager come back tomorrow…I went to Bank of America opened the account in 15 mins. First Time Dealing with Chase Bank very Unprofessional

We opened a platinum business checking account here about a year ago. I think the overall experience is that this is probably the worst ranking bank for customer service. The promises that came with this costly account were all empty. There is never anyone to help us, never a call answered or returned. and zero service at all, you are on your own.I would be cautious about depending on anything promised. And would really recommend choosing a different bank.
