I need to use the ATM frequently and these atms are unavailable for use WAY too often..this hellscape of a bank infuriates me. Not only do they only have 1 ATM at the drive through when there's space for a second one, but even the one in the lobby is down as often as the outside one, today BOTH were down at the same time. Get your act together.

We opened a platinum business checking account here about a year ago. I think the overall experience is that this is probably the worst ranking bank for customer service. The promises that came with this costly account were all empty. There is never anyone to help us, never a call answered or returned. and zero service at all, you are on your own.I would be cautious about depending on anything promised. And would really recommend choosing a different bank.

THE BRANCH MANAGER ,OLIVIA BARAJAS, IS HORRIBLE. SHE WILL HOLD YOUR ACCOUNT HOSTAGE, CANCEL YOUR CARD(S) IF SHE PERCEIVES YOU AS NOT LIKING HER. OR IF SHE DECIDES SHE DOESNT LIKE THE CLIENT, FOR WHATEVER REASON. SHE'S VERY CONDESCENDING AND PATRONIZING TO CLIENTS. TOTALLY ABUSIVE OF HER POWER AND POSITION.

Not sure if this is happening at all banks but this bank is ridiculous with its bad customer service. You have to make an appointment for everything it seems. They do not give consistent information out. Employees besides tellers can't be bothered with taking a call, answering a question or calling one back. I really don't like this branch at all but do like Chase online. Several occasions have had bad experiences, even with two branches in town where we could not make a cash deposit. Is this the future of banking?

Everyone was so nice and well communicators. They were very clear on the any process related questions. They explained any problem they encountered and the next steps as well as a realistic time frame for those steps.

Pros- Lots of branches on the west side of Orlando.Cons- company thinks it's 1998 and requires you to do an insane amount of simple tasks IN THE BRANCH. you know, the branch that's open M-F when you're working and then on Saturdays if you don't book an appt. weeks in advance, you can't do anything that requires a banker. Opening joint account? 9 days for the next avail appt.9 days.want to add nicknames to your multiple accounts- can't do that online or over the phone. in 2022, Chase requires you to sit with a banker just to add nicknames to your accounts.laughable if it wasn't so insane.

Chase bank branch at Windermere on Conroy, is the worst branch when it's comes to customer service. I have 3 accounts with chase bank and every time I have gone to this a branch to get something notarized they told me a person who does notary is not here even though every office is occupied? That's three times in the last 6 months every time they made excuses. Also a few years back I wanted to open up a business account and they turned me back and told me I have to set up an appointment, then I went to Dr.Phillps branch and they opens account for me right away. Then I went to the other branch and Dr. Phillips and they did it right away. I don’t think so they wanna do any kind of customer service unless if you walk in with the million dollars in a bag. I think they only want to serve multimillionaires at this branch.

Not happy !.. Infelixible manager Olivia to solve my problem in my account, which normally it would been solved at any other normal branch, I wonder also why a knowledgeable and nice guy called Juan left the branch.

As I walked in the Manager greeted me with a kind smile. He asked me my reason for visiting and if there anything he can help me with, he then directed me to Rebecca, she made my visit very pleasant and help me accomplish my goal for the day with my wire transfer needs. Small professional and intuitive conversation and we were all done. Enjoyed the visit , and even if i have to drive quite of bit go be here. I will do it everytime. Thank you again! And have a wonderful week.

I was satisfied with this branch for the past four years. Now, I’m reconsidering where I have my accounts at. With having bank accounts with several banks over the past thirty years as well as working in three banks myself, we NEVER turned away someone trying to open an account.I came with my son to open an account for high school students. The employee (Juan Rodriguez) told me that I would have to make an appointment. This is hard to do between Marching Band and sports. It just so happened that practice ended early today because it started raining. He usually doesn’t know he has an opening until last minute. Mr. Rodriguez told me to just make an appointment anyway and if he can’t make it, to just reschedule. I cannot do a walk in because they have to do their appointments. I guess getting or keeping accounts doesn’t matter anymore these days. To think, they’re so big now that they can afford to lose business. Maybe it didn’t mean much since it was a little teenager. A joyous milestone turned into a disappointment.?
