We had an excellent experience at the MinuteClinic thanks to Ms. Thuy Ang Lai.
She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. It’s not easy to find healthcare providers who truly care and make you feel comfortable, but she absolutely did.
We will definitely look for her again whenever we need care in the future.
Professionals like her deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service.

If you’re going in for vaccines, even if you have an appointment, prepare to wait a very long time. As I type, I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes and counting, despite having checked in both on the link sent by text and in person at the pharmacy counter.

Horrible service. The female APRN with blonde hair is extremely rude, I just wanted to know if I could be seen, seeing as I’ve lost hearing in my left ear and just needed a quick exam and she completely turned me away without any disregard towards my concern or at least helping me to see if I could do anything to get an exam just to check my ear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Better off just going to an urgent care since they don’t care at all for hospitality here.

Ordered a photo canvas printing and the backside hook was wrongfully attached upside down. For a portrait photo, the hook was at bottom not at the top, a stupid mistake by the canvas printing person. Customer service at its worst and I have to go back to the same store to get the refund. So even if CVS is at fault, customer has to suffer by going multiple times to fix an issue. Ridiculous.!

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT use their photo printing services. Twice, I've used them and both times the orders are very poor quality, with lines throughout the print, sloppy binding and they do not meet the stated deadlines. Most recently, I picked up a $158 invitation order and the invitations were printed (very poorly I might add with lines and poor color) on the wrong paper. The store would not refund me because I paid online. Paid online via CVS and they could not refund $158 for invitations that were so poorly printed they weren't even worth leaving the store with.

Don't use this clinic if you are actually looking for help with a medical issue.I recently made an appointment at the walk in clinic complaining of pain in my throat that was getting worse after dealing with COVID the week before. After checking vitals and taking a COVID test to confirm I do not have it, I was told 'well this is a symptom that can last well after testing negative for COVID.' I explained to them this is a new symptom and that it is getting worse every day, even disrupting my sleep. I was told they couldn't do anything for me. They collected payment and I was out the door.I decided to go to another walk in clinic (not CVS) and turns out I had a severe ear infection! I was given antibiotics and have been feeling better since.I was clearly a bother to the CVS clinic staff and they didn't take my concerns seriously. I do not believe it should be a practice in any industry - especially healthcare - to have someone leave without a resolution to their problem.
