Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT use their photo printing services. Twice, I've used them and both times the orders are very poor quality, with lines throughout the print, sloppy binding and they do not meet the stated deadlines. Most recently, I picked up a $158 invitation order and the invitations were printed (very poorly I might add with lines and poor color) on the wrong paper. The store would not refund me because I paid online. Paid online via CVS and they could not refund $158 for invitations that were so poorly printed they weren't even worth leaving the store with.

Don't use this clinic if you are actually looking for help with a medical issue.I recently made an appointment at the walk in clinic complaining of pain in my throat that was getting worse after dealing with COVID the week before. After checking vitals and taking a COVID test to confirm I do not have it, I was told 'well this is a symptom that can last well after testing negative for COVID.' I explained to them this is a new symptom and that it is getting worse every day, even disrupting my sleep. I was told they couldn't do anything for me. They collected payment and I was out the door.I decided to go to another walk in clinic (not CVS) and turns out I had a severe ear infection! I was given antibiotics and have been feeling better since.I was clearly a bother to the CVS clinic staff and they didn't take my concerns seriously. I do not believe it should be a practice in any industry - especially healthcare - to have someone leave without a resolution to their problem.

Picked up a rx on 10/30. Walking out checked my rx, it was wrong, walked back to the pharmacy counter explained to the Asian pharmacist it was the wrong manufacturer and instruction notes states manufacturer I can take. The pharmacy manager stepped in because she was being rude and accepted the return but did not remove the rx from being filled or place it on hold. I had not left the pharmacy when it was returned. Go to fill on 12/30 and see 0 refills instead of 1 refill left. The pharmacist kept my rx and did not back out of the system. I will be reporting to corporate and state. The female pharmacist that is Asian was rude and had previously told me she was the manager and she is not. She hangs the phone up when calling in and laughs like a person that is incompetent. There are other reviews on her here about her being unprofessional and are correct. Stay away from this pharmacy. Something is very off. Who keeps a medication and doesn't back out of the patients record? What happened to my rx that they show was not returned? Very suspicious.

Amazing!!! I needed my Onow Your Health Numbers.. as well I picked up a candy bar (peanuts.. protein, right ?).. anyway.. the front clerk and the practitioners were organized, helpful, as well as cheerful. Again, they were amazing?

On March 31st. I had the pleasure of meeting Pooja. She was so friendly and helpful I had to do this review. Sorry it’s so late Pooja. When you find that Outstanding person who goes the extra mile, you have to let everyone know. She helped me find exactly what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable about showing me how to save money with coupons CVS gives you. She goes above and beyond.It was my pleasure!Thank You again for all your help. I will be back.

I went in to buy a gift card for my niece, got the gift card and brought it up to the register, and was immediately told I couldn't be helped. Apparently they no longer sell gift cards here, but they are still have them on the shelf?

This pharmacy is run like a clown show. Every time I go to pick up my prescription there is some sort of issue. The latest experience I was notified that my prescription was ready for pick up so I drove all the way there but when I arrived they said it wont be ready until Monday. When I asked why I was notified it was ready, they laughed and said "idk but I cant give you something I dont have". Will not be returning as I don't feel they value any of their customers let alone the loyal ones that have come there since it opened

Please don’t text someone with a message stating their prescription is finally ready for pick up only to be closed for lunch in the two minutes it took to drive there. Also, it is completely unprofessional to blind side with the exorbitant cost of their prescription rather than asking if they had insurance to cover it. Yes, I have insurance! No, it was not worth it to go through anymore nonsense so I paid for it and left! At no point in time during any of the dozen calls I made to you all over the last 2 days could you have told me you didn’t have my updated information on file? Garbage customer service and it’s extremely uncalled for! Do better!

Worst pharmacy ever. Not even sure the pharmacist with the beard is even licensed. Tried to offer me medication that was not prescribed by my doctor. Huge red flag, would avoid this pharmacy like the plague

New pharmacist needs to learn manners. He has less patience than a DMV employee. Suggested I should go somewhere else to fill prescriptions if I don't like his attitude. His name was Hazmat or something similar. Every customer in front of me in line has left in a bad mood for one reason or another every visit. Will drive out of the way to go to a different pharmacy from now on as I am too old to be disrespected this way

Went to the minute clinic for what I thought was a swollen lymph node, the "nurse" pulled up a wikipedia page and told me i should go to the ER for possible mastoiditis. Went to the ER, and was told it was definitely not mastoiditis. Do not waste your time or money for someone to google your symptoms, you can do that yourself.
