I never ever leave bad reviews but this Dunkin is AWFUL. I’m one more bad experience away from reaching out to hr. My girlfriend and I go here often and anytime we try to get food we’re told they are out of it. We started getting suspicious so one day after being told no we ordered it through the app, went back to the window, and it somehow magically appeared! The same thing has happened with the new Dunkings menu, we’re told that it doesn’t exist but we pull it up on the app right away and order it just fine. The workers are rude and judgmental, and I get the job is tough, but to do stuff like that EVERY time I go through the drive thru gets really annoying as a customer.

This isn't my usual Dunkin location but it's also near our home and I will absolutely be back more often. I was there bright and early to get valentine donuts (and my usual coffee of course) on possibly one of their busiest days. Michelle was so kind, helpful, quick and accurate. I love walking into a Dunkin early in the morning with awesome music and even better employee energy- it makes for a great day. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

There is zero reason for a drive thru to take 30 minutes, especially when you are talking about the time of day. I checked in when I arrived at about 9:30 am. I had 5 cars that I could see in front of me. It took a solid 25-30 minutes for me to get up to order. That was at about 9:55 am. By this time I had texted my husband and said they had to be taking one order, making one order, taking the money for that one order, handing over that one order before starting the next. This is exactly what was happening. This is not how a drive thru should run. You cannot operate a drive thru this slow, especially during your heaviest traffic times, which for Dunkin would be in the mornings for breakfast. I hope the district manager sees this and is able to help train and fix the efficiency of this store, because it's got a prime location to do really good business, if they can increase the productivity of the drive thru itself.

I go here quite a bit and usually they're really good. But today they let me go through the drive-thru and had me pull all the way through the wait and when I asked them why they said they hadn't started my order yet. But if I moved up then the timer wouldn't trigger to management that it was taking a long time and they wouldn't get in trouble.

Drive thru only had 3 cars and it took me almost 10 minutes to reach the window. Waited to give order 4 more minutes. The lobby wasn't all that busy and it seemed the staff member at the window was also bringing out food to the drive thru which was also backed up by 3 cars. They didn't have all the donut kinds I wanted. Overall a very frustrating experience. This wasn't the first time I experienced such slow service.

this location honestly needs to get shut down, from the staff to the owner that sits they’re and watches this place have nothing but issues, beware of the hot chocolate, we got plain water and burnt sandwiches to only be handed this to us by the general manager of the store, take your time and GO ELSE WHERE!!!( This place needs a health inspection and a shutdown)!!!

Google needs to give the option of giving ZERO stars because this place doesn’t deserve any. The staff is awful. The quality is horrible. I went to get a hot chocolate and they had the audacity to give me hot WATER. I about puked after I took my first sip. I called the customer service line and they told me someone would contact me within 1-2 business days. I immediately called the bank and requested my money back. I will never go back here and will take my business to Starbucks, where they actually know how to treat there customers.
