Excellent service . Tracy did a phenomenal job and I will certainly return . As a guy , I was always self conscious about entering a Nail Salon, which keeps many men away, but fortunately for me there were 2 gentlemen , one to my right, the other to my left. The Salon is extremely clean and the staff very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And the price was perfect! Thank you Five Star! rod r. Windermere, FL

I never write about a place because it usually takes too much time, but I have to admit it that this place deserves more than 5 stars. This was my first time there and they were so kind and nice. I always pass by and go around it but never got to go inside there. It was a big surprise because it was clean and very nice atmosphere. The lady who assist me did a great job with my nails and they have great color selection. I will for sure comeback and moving forward will be my place to go to. I am so sorry for the competition or the place I used to go before… but I really like this place!

I was here before , I think 3-4 times and everything was OK
Now the another lady did my nails,
I am so sad , 95$ +15 tips , for only 4-6 days

I went to have my acrylics removed and have never had such an experience. I don't believe they were soaked long enough as she was having to rip and pull them off . Told me it was my fault as left on too long . My nails are still bleeding underneath 3 days later! . I have been theu two boxes of bandaids as if anything hits the fingers bruised it hurts . I called the salon and I was told it was because my nails are to thin .Never going back !!!

Took my wife and I for a last minute pedicure and it was just right! Both of our technicians were sweet and nurturing. We were relaxed and enjoyed the treatment. Price was fair and experience was great.

The nail salon is very bright and friendly clean, they are so welcoming. Makes you feel really comfortable coming in. I was recommended to come here by one of my students, and I don't regret it. It was amazing and will be coming back again!

Went in for an acrylic fill. Which is listed at $25. The tech complained a good amount of the time about the service I was getting, how I should do dip or gel instead. I have my own personal reasons for getting colored acrylic and don’t need someone telling me what to get. I was charged $50, grabbed a pamphlet that lists prices and they decided to tell me then it’s $45. I was charged double normal pricing. I don’t mind paying a price but the tech cut me with the file, took a chunk out of my natural nail, and was so rough the whole time. Explain pricing BEFORE doing services and it would help alleviate issues such as this. I won’t ever be going here again.

I went for a pedicure. Let me start by saying that I'm a man and I normally don't get any sort of polish. Moon talked me into getting Polish instead of a buff and didn't disclose that it was an extra charge. According to my female friends a coat of Polish is normally included with either a manicure or a pedicure. She charged me $20 extra to put a coat of clear Polish on my toenails. And did not disclose ahead of time that it was an extra charge, much less $20. Otherwise happy with the pedicure but that is highway robbery and she took advantage of me because I'm a man and probably figured that I wouldn't know any different. Rather than argue about it at the register I just paid it and I won't go back.

Amazing beautiful renovated! My beautiful daughter treated me for a Pedi oh my! One of the best I had! Clean, great prices, attentive staff. Love it! Will definitely come back. I’m darn picky for my pedi ( I’m kinda the people of the four season spa) this place will not disappoint you! Have fun and relax!

Beyond awful experience. I was rushed through my dip manicure and a spa pedicure. I paid for extra massage which I didn't get. I was felt like they were trying to rush me through to get the next person in, even though there were four people working it seems like one girl knew how to do feet and another girl knew how to do nails and the other two were helping out. They wouldn't give me a receipt, and they didn't itemize what I was paying for. Definitely overcharged, and my nails chipped. Couldn't pay me to go back.
