Went to go drop off three boxes of random items today. The lady at the drop off was very helpful and friendly. I asked her is she had a container I could put loose items in and she helped me right away. Great location!

The staff were really helpful, efficient and friendly. They even let me know other places I could take other types of donations to help folks out!

Came to drop off about 6 bags of clothing. The women at the drop off area insisted I drove through the wrong way and argued with me for absolutely no reason. I did actually drive the correct way, but for whatever reason she tried to argue with me the second I stepped out of my vehicle. Having such a rude interaction as the first point of contact, I told her I would not be donating and got back into my vehicle and left.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was stunned by how some wealthy arrogant donors acted. Two ladies commented out loud that the workers should act more appreciative of the "gifts" they were giving them. It was shocking. Bet those donors never worked a day in their lives. And I'm off the saop box......

I have donated here twice recently and both times were positive experiences. Pulled up and no one else was there and the staff immediately helped us. In and out in literally 2 minutes. Marilyn helped us today and was so kind!! Will be back.

The lady that assisted me was one of the best I've had at any Goodwill location. She was friendly, professional and caring. I will happily make a donation at this location again! The reviews scared me but glad I decided to go ahead and try it myself. If that wonderful lady is working the drive thru this is the place to visit.

It's closed call First because several of the small donation locations have been closed I'm in no one's to general public so always give these places a call first

Just dropped off a few items. The gentlemen receiving was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Called me names and was yelling simply for beginning to unload my car before he was ready. Have donated to GoodWill countless times over the years. This will be my last time, will find a better company that appreciates your donations more

On my last two visits, the men running the drop off have been so rude. First time I chalked it up to the individual; twice is now a pattern. I'll figure somewhere else to donate in the future.

I just got done dropping off my donations. Before going I read the negative reviews so I went in purposely with a good attitude. Upon arriving there was a large truck parked there that they were either unloading or loading and the gentleman working there immediately said I’d need to come back in 2 hours. Not my first choice but I could accommodate. Once I returned it was rather seamless. He instructed me where to pull up so I could unload and told me to do so after the current car was done. From there a second gentleman greeted me and took my heavy box of clothes. At the end, the first man thanked me for understanding. I just want to point out these men are doing HARD WORK carrying in all of this stuff and processing these donations. And this location seems extremely busy! So it’s constant for them. I think staying polite made the whole thing go well and being a little flexible. Yes we’re “making a donation” but let’s be honest here- this organization is also doing us a service by accepting gently used items we no longer wish to keep. And ultimately the main focus for donating is to hopefully help others.

After checking operating hours for the Windermere location, I decided to call ahead after reading the many negative comments about them turning away donations. You simply cannot get through to anyone on their phone, no matter which option you hit. Terrible service! Then took the chance and drove over after loading my car with neatly boxed donations. I had the same experience that many others have already described. The attendant that is usually there (a mature gentleman), asked me to come back at another time. I told him it was not convenient as I had just loaded my vehicle. I also offered to help him bring it in. He initially said yes and as I started to unload the car he apparently changed his mind and said I couldn’t leave the stuff there. I could go on with more details, but it’s not worth my time. Goodwill clearly does not care to receive any feedback, provide good service or provide the best opportunity for helping the needy, therefore, I will never return to a Goodwill drop off anywhere. The service is horrendous.

Gentleman the last 2 times I’ve dropped was very bothered and inconvenienced by the items being dropped although they were approved items for the location. Heard all about him having no room and how he has to load them on a truck to bring to another location when we could just drive 7 miles away to bring them there ourselves.
