“The best gym in the area as far as the facility amenities, organization, variety of machines, cleanliness, spaciousness, etc.But the best part of my experience has been due to the personal training I’ve had with Shane over the last 3 months. I didn’t think personal training was meant for someone like me, since I’m not a newbie and I know my way around a gym and don’t have tons of weight to lose. However, I did fall into a slump due to schedule issues, injuries and general life events. I was feeling uninspired and spinning my wheels for the last couple of years, and decided to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I did.My results have been so positive and measurable since we started. Shane keeps me on my toes, he has personalized my training to my level of fitness, which is inclusive of past injuries and imbalances, and he understands how to work through it with me. He cares about my nutrition and my general approach outside of our appointment times, gives me workout ideas to do alone, and keeps it super fun! I’m feeling more and more like the old me and it’s starting to show. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about taking the leap with personal training in the area.”

“Attended 8 classes while visiting the area. Everyone at the Front desk were friendly and helpful. All coaches were great, energetic and focused. Showers clean with hot water. Treadmills need deep cleaning.I recommend this location.”
