Update (from 1 star to 4): It would appear that Labcorp has improved the operations at this location considerably. I've been back several times since my negative experience and have been in and out without any delay.

Made an appointment at 7 AM for 10:45 AM the same day. When I show up at 10:15 I see a notice that the location will not be open today. Seriously flawed system, it should not have allowed me to make the appointment. This is not the first review of someone having a similar experience. So don’t expect that Labcorp is going to fix it. Horrible!

Went in without an appointment, would have left within 10mins but had suffered an side effect from getting my blood drawn. Ava and Lauren helped nursed me back and made me feel 100% comfortable the entire time telling me there’s no need to apologize and that it happens to some people. Would recommend for such lustrous service across the board!

I had an appointment scheduled here for 2 weeks, and upon walking in learned that they close at noon everyday. My appointment was at 2pm so I have to go to a Labcorp another time. Perhaps call ahead to check that they are actually open during their appointment times or go to another location.

Such bad business practices. My husband had an appointment scheduled for this morning, 09/24/2024. He arrives at his appointment on time, only to find this. No courtesy calls, emails, or anything. Just a closed LabCorp.

This is some BS. I had to wait 4 wks for my appointment because it was the earliest one available. and then I receive an email saying my appointment got cancelled cause the office closed today with no warning. The least they could have done was transfer my appointment to another lab closest to me. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this place.

Any excuse not to do the labs.-You didn’t make an appointment (It says you take walk-ins)-I go on break at 10:00 (it’s 9:30)-I’m not supposed to be here today

I scheduled an appointment for this Labcorp location via their website only to show up and find that it was closed until further notice. Don’t waste your time booking your appointments here.

Showed up for my appointment today (that I waited 3 weeks for) and the lab is closed. It’s very frustrating that Labcorp/Walgreen’s cannot even send an automated email saying it’s cancelled? I don’t have time for this, and now I’m back to square one trying to schedule my tests.
