I had an appointment scheduled here for 2 weeks, and upon walking in learned that they close at noon everyday. My appointment was at 2pm so I have to go to a Labcorp another time. Perhaps call ahead to check that they are actually open during their appointment times or go to another location.

Such bad business practices. My husband had an appointment scheduled for this morning, 09/24/2024. He arrives at his appointment on time, only to find this. No courtesy calls, emails, or anything. Just a closed LabCorp.

This is some BS. I had to wait 4 wks for my appointment because it was the earliest one available. and then I receive an email saying my appointment got cancelled cause the office closed today with no warning. The least they could have done was transfer my appointment to another lab closest to me. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this place.

Any excuse not to do the labs.-You didn’t make an appointment (It says you take walk-ins)-I go on break at 10:00 (it’s 9:30)-I’m not supposed to be here today

I scheduled an appointment for this Labcorp location via their website only to show up and find that it was closed until further notice. Don’t waste your time booking your appointments here.

Showed up for my appointment today (that I waited 3 weeks for) and the lab is closed. It’s very frustrating that Labcorp/Walgreen’s cannot even send an automated email saying it’s cancelled? I don’t have time for this, and now I’m back to square one trying to schedule my tests.

The lady that did my lab test was amazing! My Doctor made a mistake and I almost ended up having to pay out of pocket for my labs but she took care of me anyways and we went over the options and at the end we found out that we could use my insurance. I almost wasted my time today and it is my only day off but she didn’t let me go. Also she gave me good advice about how to use my insurance properly since is my first time using it, and everything was done so quick, I was like 20 minutes early to my appointment and wasn’t expecting to be seen by that time but I literally just waited 5 minutes before being seen. I’ll definitely come back.

Quoted my wife $301 copay, which she paid on the spot, and was told this would be our out of pocket. A couple weeks later received a bill for $2200. Called them and asked about the No Surprises Act requiring a Good Faith Estimate and they they hung up on me.... twice. On the third call the answer was too bad, that's what you owe.In the process of filing a complaint with the state now, but I have no idea how long that takes or what is involved. BEWARE of this company!!!
