“I've never seen 6 employees in a laundromat at one time before. This place is awesome & kept clean! If you forgot soap, no worries they have it. If you need a laundry bag, they have that too! They even have T-shirts. Two bathrooms! Televisions & a small reading area with books. Nice place!!”

“This place is one of the best laundromats around all the employees are friendly and very helpful and tentative. This is the only place I will go wash in the area.”
“It's clean, staff always there to help. Early morning n late evening is not crowded but afternoon always & at times will have to wait for machines. Only complaint I have is the spin at the end of wash. They slowed it down as of last year so you have to put Xtra quarters for the dryer. I'm not the only one that noticed that. Other wise is ok.”
“Apart from providing the various sizes of washers and dryers. This place also have a free pantry for the needful people. Also, offering some relaxation with massage chairs.”

“I have been a happy customer for years. They were located in the Winter Garden Village and recently opened this location. It usually takes about three days to turn each order and my clothes are always perfect. There prices are kind of high but you are paying for quality. If you accidentally leave a valuable in a pocket they will place it in a sealed bag and attach it to your order. The employees are friendly.”
“Such nice staff! Twice, I did not ask for assistance, but two different staff members noticed me trying to figure out which size washing machine and then how to work the dryer. So nice of them to offer instead of watching me struggle! It's an older building, with a few outside machines, but all worked well, and the machines that were broken seemed to be well labeled.”
“I’ve been coming weekly for the past few months. Friendly folks who run it. Kind of like cheers as they now know my name. I always pre pay for 2 suits to be cleaned. Very affordable and they do a great job!”

“I hadn’t been back to this location for quite sometime. At first I was taken a back that there was nobody there and you needed to use the virtual drop off. Being it was a first for me I failed at it because you need to drop the garments in a yellow bag and register the bag. When I figured it out my clothes were all ready inside. The site offers to call someone if you have any questions. I called and the attendant helped me create another registration to register one of the yellow bags. They then called the cleansrs and advised them what had happened to put them together. It was a new process but worked efficiently. Very innovative.”
“I've been here twice. Went both times early to late afternoon. Busy, but I never had to wait more than 10-15 mins to get an extra large dryer. 2nd time I had 2 issues. In chagine a $5 bill for quarters, 1 machine only gave me $4.75 in change. The female attendant was quick to give me my missed quarter. And this same attendant noticed I'd been waiting for a large capacity dryer that was finished drying. She got to asking different customers if this was their clothing. Turns out to be the gal standing to my right. She was going to finish folding her clothes from another dryer before emptying her other 2 dryers that were done drying. There were 3 of us waiting for these dryers. Not sure of the attendants name, but a big THANK YOU to her. Place is very, very clean!”
“I love the cleanliness of the place, and that I can use an app to pay to wash my clothes. I would give this place a 5 if the staff offered better customer service. It depends on who is working. One of the attendants is very nice and helpful. However, most of them stay hidden away in the office with the door closed. So when you need to use the restroom because the restrooms stay locked, they act like you are interrupting them by asking them to unlock the door. I'm pretty sure they are not getting paid to sit in the office watching videos on their phones all day, but that what they do, if not sleeping.”
