Very unsatisfied! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! About two months ago, my daughter, A MINOR 15 YEARS OLD, went to get a manicure, and the person who attended her was very rude and unethical with her manners. Because my daughter refused to continue with the service, the lady grabbed and treated her roughly and even laughed at her! My daughter respectfully paid for the work that was done so far and yet the worker still felt the need to point and laugh at the horrible nails she had left her with, my daughter felt offended and cried due to the poor and unprofessional service. In our home, there are four (4) women and none of us will ever be going there again.

My experience was three days ago, the girl at the entrance is an angel, she treated me with great care, but everything changed when they started removing the dip, they mistreated my hands, they hurt me horribly, and the material is falling off ? when it should last at least less than 3 weeks, I feel scammed, I do not recommend this place

I’ve used this place for manicure and pedicure for a long time but today, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The gentleman providing services used a tool kit that was in an open box (not in a sealed bag) and his tray carrying tools and lotion bottles was very old and dirty. If I can, I’ll share some pictures of the products used today. On top of that, It was very clear that this person didn't know how to provide the service. Water splashed all over my chair while he was trying to clean the tub below. If this is their new standard, I won’t suggest using this place to anyone. The new name for this place is Lavish.

I had the worst treatment in my life. The young lady ( the most young one ) just complained about the color I choose. She was speaking in her language in front of me with other lady about the colors I got it. She was making faces. Bad energy . I felt horrible. In the end she charged me 20$ more without let me know before. When i showed her the nails designer she said one price after added 20$. I felt like a garbage . It’s not about the money but the way I was treat .

The wait time was short for a walk in, full set of acrylics. That's about the only positive thing from my experience. The man that did my "manicure" barely prepped my nails before inaccurately sizing the tips and gluing them. I had to ask him a few times to clean up as he went because he was leaving the acrylic on my skin as well as the polish. I just needed a fresh set for the holiday so I went about my day thinking they looked semi-decent, only to have them lift completely after 4 days. Will never be returning and ashamed of the tip give for such a crap job.

I wanted to leave a good review but after my experience I knew I needed to warn others. My tech was sweet but she still didn't listen to my allergy issue with rubbing alcohol & used it on my skin still even after I kept reminding her the whole time. I broke out in hives like I always do. To top it off my gel only lasted barely 1 week which gel for me from other salons last 2-3 weeks which is why I op for them at that price in which I paid for a regular pedicure & gel manicure at $108 with tip. They charge you for using your card on top of your bill which is $5 extra without telling you. I will not be returning at all due to my experience & poor service.

Very poor quality, your nails will lift within a day or so - even once they ruin your nails they refuse to refund your money. This is a scam, they need to be reported to the better business bureau.

I have never been so disappointed!! I went in and spent over $80 on a full set, just for it to lift and for the nails to be uneven/looked terrible. When I went back, they were basically refusing to work with me on a solution to this. I feel like I flushed $100 down the toilet. I will NEVER come back to this salon or recommend them to anyone.

Not a good nail salon. Came here with my husband, was not impressed and the quality and customer service was far below my expectations. As I walked in, there was a woman arguing with the owner over a refund. Her nails looked really bad and she was showing him how they were lifting, and the man still refused her refund. I lost a lot of respect for the owner and this business after witnessing him treat her like that. I will not return.
