The nurse job is very important and he/she should greet you with compassion and concern. I received all that from my nurse. She was amazing and the practitioner finished the great care.

Both the nurse and PA were great! So glad I was able to take my son in and get him immediate care for his ear ache. If we did not go to the CVS Minute Clinic we would have had to wait for hours if not days to get in. Staff was fantastic!

For a minute, Clinic, it took over an hour to get a tow Covid test. There’re nurse practitioner was truly unfriendly. Didn’t even say hi and didn’t respect peoples times.

Had to do a walk-in on a Saturday morning. Once signed up machine informed me of potential 45min wait but 10min later I was called. All of my concerns were answered and she was nice. Extra bonus prescription was ready as soon as I was finished!

Great experience! I did schedule an appointment, which most likely helped things move quickly. The 2 ladies that were working that day were both very nice, professional, and had a great sense of humor. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using Minute Clinic at CVS.

If you are sick and do not have the strength to spend a lot of time on the website entering information that CVS already has, I highly do not recommend that you use the minute clinic. Once you log into the website that you have used in the past, the only thing you should have to do is schedule an appointment. Especially after they send a text to your cell phone number to verify that it is you. As far as the medical help that they provided at this store, I highly recommend this store. The minute clinic in Altamonte springs on 434, I do not recommend. I drive an extra 20 minutes because I trust this CVS minute clinic.

I had a great experience at the Minute Clinic inside the CVS. The clinic is very clean and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I made my appointment online the day before and didn’t have to wait more than 5 min before I was taken care of. After the Dr provided her detailed assessment I picked up my medicine at CVS which took less than 10 min total. My experience was flawless 10 out of 10.

Dee and Kelly were so kind and attentive. I felt like we were friends before I left! They were a great team and took great care of me! I was then able to fill my rx right there at the pharmacy. Thank you, CVS.
