The doctor is amazing, smart and compassionate. His healthcare team of techs are AMAZING... what isnt amazing is the receptionist Paige. She is awful and talks so ugly to people. Additionally, she speaks for the doctor - she gives medical advice and directions, but later when you cross-reference what she's said to you with the doctor - he has no idea what you're talking about. Paige has zero compassion. On multiple occasions she's told me to "go someplace else" and that they could "do nothing more" for my pets. When I asked the doctor if we should go someplace else - he looked at me in confusion. I'm so incredibly hurt by the treatment she's provided. This doctor has another office in Dr Phillips - it's 100000 worth the drive and youll receive compassionate competent care.

Thank you so much for your outstanding care for our cat, Georgia. Dr. Rogers was extremely caring, thorough, kind and professional. Every staff member we encountered was empathetic, compassionate, considerate and very competent. We felt truly cared for- even as a new family to the area bringing in a first time patient. This clinic is clean and safe and has a welcoming, warm and attentive staff. We are thoroughly impressed and so appreciative. We will be bringing all of our pets to Animal Clinic of Windermere.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you want to keep your animal healthy please PLEASE go somewhere else as these people DO NOT know how to treat animals or give them simple immunization shots. These people can not do simple math!

The staff at Windermere Veterinary Services is so incompetent, I am seething... I had an appointment last week for my new rescue lab. The front desk girl didn't come out for a few minutes and then looked at me strangely as if I shouldn't be there. When I told her I had a 10am appt, she checked the monitor and replied "Your appt has been cancelled." I said "who cancelled it? I didn't get a call or an email" in which case she said "Oh, you were supposed to get a call." WHAT?! How does that help me now that I'm already there? I was told the vet wouldn't be in until 1pm, so I should just come back. No...I have to work and can't return later on. So I was told come back the next day. Once again - no, I don't have availability! I decided to write it off as a small error and rescheduled for today, Tuesday April 28. My husband was with me as I put it into my calendar. There was no apology or remorse for this error. So imagine my surprise when I walked in today (again, nobody manning the front desk for about 5 min while we waited) only to be told "I have your appt scheduled for tomorrow." Needless to say, I hit the roof and replied "Are you serious?! You're doing this AGAIN?!" She sat there smirking, unable to offer a solution. I did not receive an apology or any option to wait, return, etc. Nothing. Because of their unprofessionalism and incompetence to make appointments, I wasted gas money, time and further delay in getting my dog the meds he needs. You would think new patients during this climate would be welcomed! But no...instead we were met with blatant inconsideration and a nasty attitude when they made the mistake not once, but TWICE. I will not only avoid ever taking my dog here, but would advise others (especially new patients) to avoid the trouble of going through this ridiculousness. Obviously, their lack of care speaks volumes and reflects poorly on what may be a great doctor. My dog will never know as first (and second) impressions shouted "we do not care".

The Animal Clinic of Windermere has been the kindest and most knowledgeable clinic we have ever encountered. We highly recommend them.

This is the only vet I have felt comfortable bringing both of my French bulldogs to. The vet genuinely cares about the animals and is always spot on with their treatment. I'm beyond appreciative of this crew and their caring and compassion for my pups!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for the team and of course the Doctor at Windermere Veterinary Services. First and foremost they are one of the select few hospitals with 2 locations so close to eachother. Although this particular clinic may not be open 7 days a week, their sister location (Dr. Phillip's Animal Hospital) IS. Everytime I enter the hospital you can tell everyone there loves what they are doing because you're always greeted by name and with a smile. Once in a room the vet techs always come in and listen to my concerns, the doctor comes in promptly after and always performs a thorough examination of my pets. Regardless the issue of my fur babies or my financial restrictions at the time, Dr. Qasim ALWAYS gives me options to both help me stay in budget while still being able to treat my pet (which I LOVE). Knowing he cares so much about his clients and the patients he sees makes me so much more comfortable and confident with using him as my pets doctor. As the visits may not always be "speedy" like some reviews state, unfortunately you just can't rush certain things. With the amount of questions I have during my consultation with him and the amount of time he spends making sure I'm fully aware of all the procedures being done on my pet and explaining all the medications I'll need to go home and how to properly use them, its definitely worth the wait! The best part is, the lovely girls up front ALWAYS call me the next day to check in on my pets after their visit, even if I just went in for vaccinations. It really makes you know just how caring the doctor and his staff are. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Windereme Veterinary Services and their sister location Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital!

Switched to this office after previously taking my animals to another vet in Windermere. The staff in this office seem to be genuinely interested in the health of our animals. One star docked because prices seem to be high ($288 visit just for a couple vaccines, exam, fecal, blood seems steep to me) and also because after you're done you just kind of stand there without being acknowledged for ten or fifteen minutes waiting for someone to come check you out.

My family and I were long time patrons of this clinic (more than 10 years) and miss it terribly after recently relocating back the Dallas area and during our time in Orlando they treated our multiple pets we had in the family. Most recently we routinely saw Dr Hannah Thomas and were always pleased with her professionalism and knowledge but also laid back personality... she was easy to talk to, informative, and made herself available whenever necessary. Additionally the front office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I remember one occasion we made an appointment for our four dogs in the family to get their annual check ups. We brought them to the clinic and found out we had arrived one day early - but they didn't skip a beat, were so accommodating and managed to fit us in the morning. Additionally we have boarded our pets here and they've always received excellent care. When our 15 year old Yorkie neared the end of her life, Dr Thomas recommended a specialist in Altamonte springs that provide us a second opinion and options regarding any further care. Ultimately it was her time to go... upon hearing the news Windermere Animal Hospital sent our family a beautiful floral arrangement with a card signed by the staff off the office - I really didn't expect that and it's rare to find anywhere these days. If you're looking for a clinic in the southwest Orange County area (of anywhere in Orlando) it's with a visit to this clinic. Some people claim their prices are high but I find it hard to quibble over price when it comes to quality care for your pets. The staff and doctors here are animal lovers, they're not just in it for the paycheck. If I could have changed one thing it would have been to not close the last Saturday of each month (which can impact boarding pick up or drop off or medicine pick up) and it would be to have a boarding pick up window on Sunday mornings. Regardless, this is truly a top notch clinic.

I just had another GREAT experience at Animal Clinic of Windermere. We inherited Binx the cat from our daughter and TO say Binx is NOT a fan of the vet's office is the understatement of the century! Dr. Anderson and Diane did a most FANTASTIC job of putting me and Binx at ease. I will forever sing their praises for being so kind, competent and soothing in our time of need.

I was first referred to animal clinic of Windermere by manager Heather Hurlock. I have a 14-year-old wiener dog named Zeus, I have been putting off his dental work for many years mostly due to the worry of anesthesia at an old age and slight heart murmur.. Zeus was excessively sneezing due to bacterial infection in mouth bone from my delay in dental work.. immediately upon entering the animal clinic Heather and all staff "Lindsay" made me feel comfortable she owned a Doxie as well, that they cared as much about Zeus as I did, Dr. John did an amazing dental surgery pulling 13 teeth, while carefully watching his heart murmur. The only regret I have is waiting as long as I did to seek a great animal clinic..Zeus now has the freshest breath he's had in years, he has not sneezed once since the surgery he feels like a brand new dog... Thank you Dr. John, Heather, all staff included for adding healthy years to my dogs life... Mark

Since going to this vet clinic and the Dr Phillips location, my 2 pups are healthier and happier than ever before. Especially my little chubby pup. He had a thyroid issue and they put him on thyroid medicine and diet food. In 2 months, he has lost 2 lbs. which is a lot for a small breed. Another thing I like, is they know exactly who I am when I walk in! Makes my pups and myself feel really special. I can totally tell that the Dr really cares for the well being of my pups. He's compassionate and is very thorough. Special shoutout to Morgan. She called all my previous vets to consolidate all their records. She is warm and friendly every time I come in. And she calls me to check up on my pups the day after they have a visit. She has amazing customer service skills.

We took baby Oscar, our 8 week old GSP, to see Dr. Rogers today and had an awesome experience! The staff was so sweet and welcoming and so good to our baby Oscar! We are first time puppy parents and it was so comforting to see the staff so loving towards Oscar! Dr. Rogers was very thorough in examining Oscar! He explained everything so well and made sure we had everything we needed! The staff even provided us with a puppy welcome bag that included a puppy guidebook! So thoughtful!!! I know we are in good hands at this office!!! Highly recommend!!
