When the automated MD Now online booking system sets an appointment time, the appointment should be kept at that time … not 45+ minutes late. In addition, they were taking healthy “employer related visits” in before my sick daughter. I guess this is the reason Disney didn’t recommend MDNow.

Awful experience. Dr didn’t listen to me. No point in going.

It took us almost three hours to be seen here, and when we finally got our X-ray, we found out they no longer provide CDs with your images because their CD machine is broken. Instead, they send you an email with a link that’s almost impossible to open — you have to install several programs just to view the images.
I asked if another location could give us the CD, but apparently, their other offices also have broken CD machines. The orthopedic we need to see won’t accept an outside link, especially one that requires installing extra software.
They also refused to give us even a printed copy of the image, saying their printer “is not allowed” to print images.
If you suspect you’ve broken a bone, don’t waste your time here — go straight to an orthopedic instead.
Also, oddly enough, the consultation cost more with insurance ($195) than without ($180).
